Taliban fighters attack Pakistan air base near Peshawar

Air force camp under attack by between seven and ten fighters, three of whom have been killed, military spokesman says.

    18 Sep 2015 02:54 GMT

An air force camp near the Pakistan city of Peshawar has come under attack by between seven and ten fighters, a military spokesman has said.
Sources said the Badaber camp had high ranking officers stationed there who were probably the target of the assault.
Three fighters have reported to have been killed.
The armed group Tehreek-e-Taliban has claimed responsibility for the attack.
A heavy contingent of the Quick Reaction Force has reached the spot and exchanges of fire with the fighters are ongoing.
The area has been sealed by security forces.
Initial details of the attack were confirmed by Director-General Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Major-General Asim Bajwa through his Twitter account.
"The past is not my concern. The future is no longer my concern either. One minute. One minute of everything at once. And anything before is nothing. Everything after nothing. Nothing in comparison to that one minute."

The number of militants indicates that they came for something comparable to APS attack.

If the hindus know that the attack was planned from the other side of the border, they should be able to prevent it from happening in future. Similarly, if Kabul regime knows that the attacks are planned in Pakistan, they should be able to prevent future attacks.

Intel about where something is planned is only obtainable of you have access to enemy's lines of communication. If you can find out where they make plans, you basically know everything about them.

It is therefore absurd and ridiculous when after making such claims, both sides still fail to prevent such attacks.

Not possible,it is true that we have reduced terrorist activities across Pakistan by 70% but considering the nature of the border,we can't prevent 100% terrorist incursions.

When the Pakistani military (alongside outside agents) massacred 70+ children in Bajaur a few years back... it made a stupid decision and continues to make successive stupid decisions that are pretty much a part and parcel against its internal stability and interests and rather beneft some whiskey drinking fraternizing perverts (aka Brigadier Generals and Generals and what not)

                    http://tribune.com.pk/story/229844/t...children-died/

Veteran journalist Rahimullah Yusufzai, speaking to the Bureau of Investigative Journalism from Peshawar, recalls visiting the village just after the strike: “People were devastated. I met with a father who had lost two children. He was very patient, talking of how God must have willed this, but he was clearly traumatised
Fascinating how, oh 15 years ago, these same people that they are killing in FATA they called heroes, leaders, luminaries in the way of God (e.g. Nek Mohmad).

The Pakistanis you see on here come in two varieties:
                    1) Brain washed locals who are being "re-educaterd" with their equivalent of the 24 hour news cycle that bans any criticism of Raheel
                    2) A few rich kids with computer access because their daddies are affiliated with the government/military and benefit from it.

They know full well that the military is replete with rats, losers, cowards, and brain washed fools who are killing their own "countrymen" with glee and who have seized upon a new narrative to help them cope with this murdering behavior.

There still exists a video where when they were up against Nek Muhammad the general was yelling at the troops "Why did you turn back? Don't regard these people as the holy warriors, YOU are the holy warriors!"

So these bast-ards think that you can murder, destroy, pollute, and level Pashtun lands and houses and not have any reprecussions?

You must be living in a dream world.

Never man. I loathe people who change their view based not on evidence but on personal circumstance (kitchen getting hot), secondary gain etc. these types know full well that they are murdering Pashtune and are trying to justify it with retarded rhetoric that flies in the face of history and fact.

Military families and people tend to be blind purposefully to not see blood on their hands

But yea that is the video. They hadn't done enough brainwashing yet and likely his regimen was confused about why 5 months before they called these folks heroes and now they were shooting them.
