Tajeeks want to partition Afghanistan in Mazar

Tajiks have at leat the same problem of being divided as Pashtuns have. As the Durrand line divides Pashtuns, the Afghan-Tajik border divides Tajiks and Pamirians ( one close family of Pamirians who live near the border for example are relatives on both sides but are divided through this border).

The problem with us peoples in our region ir our false pride,(we have the same at my homeland), this pride makes blind and weak, and makes everybody an easy instrument in the hands of imperialists. Your neighbours will be Tjiks and Tajiks neighbour will stay You - Isn't it much more important to get along one with the other , resolve all problems and create a strong region where never an imperialist power will come again to rule?

In my opinion, if Tajaks want president ship, give it them---It doesn't matter much as long as Pashtuns have their due share---It will add to political stability---By the way, when minorities are in power, they are conscious not to disfranchise the majority for fear of majority resentment and loss of power. Besides, Afghanistan is an ethnically complex country and there can be many options available to Pashtuns to use to balance Atta or anyone.

There are terrible Pashtuns, and there are good Pashtuns. There are uneducated Pashtuns, there are educated Pashtuns. Now replace the term Pashtun, with Tajik, and it still holds true. Never generalize malgara, I know some Tajiks who I probably wouldn't trade for anyone. Good and bad exists in all ethnic groups, and believe me not 'all' are evil. If "A" Tajik wants to partition Afghanistan, believe me there will be a "A" Tajik that will want to chop his head off. Without even realizing, most of this Tajik vs Pashtun vs Punjabi is the exact design of imperialists who wishes to weaken Afghanistan. While a school like MIT is busy inventing wireless electricity, Pashtuns are arguing about an unverified article.

Tajiks weren't even part of Afghanistan to begin with, Afghanistan literally was just the Pashtun areas (including NWFP) before they put the Durrand line, Pashtun rulers had to annex Tajik, Uzbeck and Hazara lands into their country to make up for NWFP that was going to be part of the future punjabi muslim government.

Here's a map of the post Durrani empire Afghanistan, see how they still had NWFP, but Tajiks and HAzaras were left untouched in the government. Notice, Balochis weren't part of AFghanistan that time, making Afghanistan still landlocked.

I am sorry that I sound like a racist, but my expirience with Tajiks is bad. Even in school, there was this Afghan Tajik, he acted nice to me but behind my back he telled other peopel lies about me and also he told other students that becuase of my peopel there is war in Afghanistan and that Pashtuns are barbaric -_-.
And this is just a small incedent there are more
and always in youtube videos or other Afghan sites there is always one Tajik bitch who is spewing hatred and lies about PAshtuns, and no other Tajik is defending Pashtuns like you peopel here defend Tajiks, they are quite about it, or agree with what such racist puta says.

Of course anger will build inside of someone if they badmouth your people. I don't know why they are like this, but majority of them are and there is no denying this. The north is already messed up by Uzbeks and Tajiks clashing at eachother and somehow pashtuns get trapped in the middle of this, and at the end of the day pashtuns get blamed for the mess the northen alliance caused. I too, was once your age, getting furious at those Tajiks/Tazeks, and how they can have so much anger towards Pashtuns. However, what I realized was a couple of things:

1)This 'gang' is a group of 4-10 people at most. Compare that to the size of their ethnic group, and it's not a proper sample size by any means.

2)There is no evidence that they hail from Afghanistan. They have these wet dreams of being Iranian, and how Iran is the motherland, blah blah. But what makes you think they are not Iranian? What makes you think they don't belong to a certain spy agency working on creating distrust, and anger? As you can see, it has worked. For example, you are now mad, if I show it to my father, he will get mad, if I show it to your father, he will get mad, and as this news goes around, it creates a volatile environment where now all of a sudden when we see an ordinary Tajik, we recall that video.

Spy agencies are spending billions recruiting folks, and ask yourself, do they represent the ordinary Tajiks that you see? There are Pashtuns who don't even know how to pray, they own various types of night clubs, are they representative of your father or my father? Of course not malgara.

I am simply sharing my own experience with you, since I tool was once just like you with similar thoughts. In fact, if you go back to my posts, you can see just about every one of those trolls had an account here, posing as Pashtuns of Pakistan claiming they hate Pashtuns of Kandahar, Jalalabad, etc.

i heard during a maimoni last night, that Ismail Khan, Dostum, Fahim and Rabanni's son are pushing for Atta Mohammad to bring Tajiks back in power. In this majlis, all tajik bar me, the feeling was of great anticipation that tide has turned, that Pashtun hegemony is almost over. . . . . . . man, the tajik chutzpah.

Your words about the whole issue were just blatant misconceptions and lies.

The root of this ongoing problem has two points:

1. Afghanistan as a nation state never pressed or went for a unified national identity. It allowed linguistic and cultural diversity.
So far every state who wanted to become a real nation state failed by applying the path of "multicultural and multilingual staatehood".
Swiss is the exception where Germans, French and Italians managed to stick together but Swiss is rarely a nation state with a distinct identity.

States like Great Britain where English was imposed on all but where the state failed to erase everything else is on the brink of collapse with Scotland longing for freedom in a referendum in 2014.

Afghanistan can´t maintain a state where two main linguistic and cultural blocks are duelling for the identity of the state.

Everyone knows that Pashtuns have founded Afghanistan and that Afghanyat/Pashtunwali is the basic code of Afghan identity and culture which was adopted by all other ethnicities, too. (Usbeks, Tajiks, Turkmens of this side of the border share little with their kind on the other side of the Amu Darya because they were assimilated culturally)

2. Afghanistan relocated Pashtuns from the south to secure the borders in the north after the Panjdeh Incident.
The ethnic groups in the north didn´t intervene when Russian armies entered and annexed Panjdeh which was part of Afghanistan.
The reason why they didn´t resist was because the armies consisted of people from their own ethnicities.
The Afghan king came to the conclusion that the only people who would fight and stand up for this country are Pashtuns.


Maybe the perusal of Abdurrahman Khan´s biography would help to see where the current problem hails from.

There is a conflict between northern ethnicities and Pashtuns and where Pashtuns are called as "settlers" although 75% of those northerners are settlers themselves fleeing Szarist armies who conquered Bukhara and Samarqand.

There is no need to change the narrative on the ground just because you can´t take the truth.

you were invited to someone's house for dinner or lunch so they could sit in a circle and talk like that?? And what did you do about it rather than finishing your dinner and walking out of there like a beghairat to report the incident to us??
