True. You can take it or leave it; I wouldnt mind either way - the Caucasian source and Khattak agreed on the particulars though. But to date, there is no evidence from written sources Hashemi has denounced the central shura. All we have in print is that he did not agree with some actions/fatwas etc.

All he had to say is what Rocketti and others are doing (take a look at Mullah Rocketi's ramblings). He could have easily pulled rocketis and made fun of Mullah Omar's face, manner, etc.

Same goes for Zaeef. In his book he writes he wants to buried alongside of his former colleagues.

Not an endorsement of any of these folks, but merely a pointing out of their consistent friendship with their old buddies.

Doing a widespread search on Hashemi's statements on the Taliban accords with their reports because while he does make it clear that he did not agree personally with certain actions (as does Zaeef), he never once take on any of the shura leadership council.

Interestingly enough what both parties convey was that Hashemi, a Kandahari, found issue with some of the Arab fighters in Kandahar but not the Shura council. He felt that their behavior toward locals was unjust.
Didn't Hashemi join the CIA? That's what I heard.

A line[Durrand line] of hatred that raised a wall between the two brothers -Hamid Karzai

For generations, the Hindus of India prayed for deliverance from "the venom of the cobra, the teeth of the tiger and the vengeance of the Afghan."

The men of Kábul and Khilj also went home; and whenever they were questioned about the Musulmáns of the Kohistán (the mountains), and how matters stood there, they said, "Don't call it Kohistán, but Afghánistán; for there is nothing there but Afgháns and disturbances." Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!

No. He went to Egypt to study in Al Azhar and left as poor as he came. I could tell you more via PM.
