khushal, i don't see why muslims don't object to americans sending in israeli passport holders to meddle in muslim affairs. their priority is israel. they are not likely to be wanting muslims to become empowered.

I think Rubin failed in making Afghanistan stable which he was invovled in. But here we are discussing his statements, not the actual act of meddling.
