Thus thiis argument holds no weight since Islam and Afghans do not accept international law as their canon. The moral burden of endangering Afghan lives is the Taliban.
what are you talking about. they admit and consider afghanistan an occupied country.
The law I am talking about does not contradict with neither Islam or logic. we already talked about this and you lost, why are you bringing it up again?

SOME American/European citizens consider it an occupation, but there is no official Governmental declaration by NATO, America or NATO members states that it is an occupation.Of course you and I both know it is; but that doesn't change that the moral burden of Taliban deaths of civilians is the Talibans.

      your argument is moot

The official statement says it is a liberation. The moral and legal burdon of the misery the afghans are in rest on the occupiers. I am not saying that each person or group that commits murder or other crime has a free pass, but the society itself can not address the issues unless it is free to do so. The occupation itself prevents them from doing so, it is the cancer.

The first step to stabalizing the country is to get rid of the cancer so the country can heal itself.

well that's what counts in respects to international law, official decrees, therefore your claim which was already useless and irrelevant, doesn't apply even in accord to international law.

              Your argument fails either way

It's nice if Afghan army have F22s
They will defend themselves against the talibans after 2014

I see that the taliban supporters, Shadowboy and khusal worry a lot about the F22's in the hands of the afghan army. Because they know if it happens, the talibans will never rule kabul again .

you don't bomb your own people, you make peace with them. go give your own country advice and tell them to start bombing their own people.

Thats not what counts. Truth is what counts and the truth is that it is an occupied country, you have admitted it yourself. your just trying to win the argument, you don't care about truth, you are being arrogant and intellectually dishonest.

besides that, you have not explained how this particular international contradicts shariah.

That's why talibans are bombing their own people with their suicide bombing ?
And the Afghan army is fighting the talibans

Well if "truth" is what counts then international law has no merit since it isn't based on Truth; but man made lawss ... You're zero for zero

now for the explanation; because in Islam the wrong doer(s) are the one responsible for wrong doing, not someone else.
