By being intellectually dishonest and trying to misrepresent information he insults Intellecttual credibility ...it doesn't matter what he has or hasn't insulted, this is a deceitful tactic and that alone warrants that his agenda here is to serve animosity against Afghans

It is a huge crime and rape of history which you are doing Toramana and you are a criminal in my eyes. By totally discounting lar history after 1893 you will not be able to ignore what the lar Pashtuns aspired for.

What do you have to say of these people? Answer me coward. The moment these Pashtuns see a person like you don't know what they will leave in your ass.

Go on defend Abdur Rehman Khan. You are just proving you are a northern stooge. Of course he did it for money. Do you know how much British payed him every year?

Here comes the rubbish about Ranjit Singh without which a Toramana post is utterly incomplete and so un-Tormana like. It proves you haven't grown out of the year 1700 or 1800 when Afghans were fighting wars against the Sikhs. It proves your mentality that you have picked a date 300 years ago and are sticking to it and do not understand that now is very different to then. Same is with people who take Khushal Khan's words as irrefutable truth rather than look at the poetry and admire his work. For example what shadow posted. No one would like Pashtuns to be known as raiders in this age.

You are an Afghan slave and you will not know why that moment in Pashtun history is so critical. Its because Pashtuns were divided forever. It is similar to the division of Sudan and break of your arch foe Pakistan into Bangladesh and Pakistan. Read the older post about the Bangladesh example again and the parallels I have drawn to the current situation.

Toramana nothing makes me more angry than listening to your bull**** racism all day.

Don't try to teach me. I am a Pashtun but I am not an Afghan. It is sensible to see Afghan in its primal sense. As a national of Afghanistan. If you feel otherwise then I can understand as many of my brethren feel the same.

But any Pakistani Pashtun who sees the attitudes of Afghans will disassociate himself from Afghan=Pashtun as fast as he can.

I am who I choose to be. What are you? Detritus. Toramana stop talking about me. I am a Nationalist Pakistani first, I call myself Pashtun because nothing can explain my love for Pashtuns... and I will marry outside my race because I am not a racist and consider inter marriages between races a way to bridge the ethnic stupidity being spewed by Pakistanis from all walks of life.

Hear this and hear this well. The Pashtun identity is not a property of the Afghan to be bought and sold to whoever they deem fit, whoever they consider Pashtun and whoever comes to their terms of what a Pashtun is-you understand?

Stop telling me I am a thief. I liked a culture and chose to adopt it and may have past weak or suspect links to it but links alright... you Afghans (which I seriously think you are) are the thieves denying our people a culture we choose to follow and trying to dump us as an outsider when you are a traitor yourself.

Propaganda is the refuge of the looser. How would the Khudai Khidmatgars save face other that propaganda? They lost the elections. Were beaten badly. In 1952 these were the election results:

Provincial 1951 elections Total seats 85 Muslim League 67 Jinnah Awami League 4 Independents 13 Minority seats 1

If the election had been rigged as you said why wasn't there any protest and rebellion later? The Pashtuns should have risen up and rebelled against Pakistani rule. That never happened.

Nehru was pelted by stone throwing mobs when he came to Pakhtunkhwa. Why so if everyone supported Bacha Khan's ideology that India should remain one. Instead of slavery of Pakistan as you call it you would be a slave of India which would even be worse.

Use your brain Bacha Khan was just an icon... no one necessarily supported his ideas. Even I love Bacha Khan as a noble leader who tried to emulate Gandhi and succeeded in following his non-violent ways.

Now I think you make these posts to win some kind of sympathy from me as I am a liberal secularist too and don't want me to debunk the bull**** that comes from your throat.

If you think by claiming you are liberal and secularist like me you are going to jab someone on the side of the stomach and run off like a Kenyan marathon runner with hungry lions chasing after him you are absolutely wrong.

You are a typical Afghan slave and I have seen your mentality when you called Karnal Sher Khan brainwashed and Abdur Rehman Khan a hero. Its impossible. I can tell you a thousand reasons why a lar Pashtun especially one who believes in the idea that Pakistan is an evil creation will never call Abdur Rehman Khan a hero even if he does think Karnal Sher Khan was a fool. Pakistan would never be if he hadn't been the coward he is.

You ask me why I hang on to that point in history (like you hang on to when Ranjit Singh was raiding Afghan territory). Its because it was the partition of Pashtuns. Like the partition of India/Pakistan. Like the partition of Sudan/South Sudan. Like the partition of Pakistan/Bangladesh. Like Kosovo. Things will never go back to the same again and the moment you accept that and try to fit in the Pakistani fabric and not ruin the chances of the rest of the Pashtuns by having them labelled traitors the better. And remember no race can forget a partition.

And please. Being secular or liberal does not make me a traitor to the land my forefathers made with their toil and blood. You are a traitor to your forefathers.

You will never see why it is idiocy to accept the sacrifices of your ancestors before 1893 but totally ignore their sacrifices up till 1947 and ongoing for Pakistan. It is a crime and rape of history. You are ignoring parts of hi[/quote]

Now, you are acting like a w.h.o.r.e who caught in the act of adultery is whining, wailing, crying etc. to pretend victim-hood and innocence/helplessness and arouse emotions of sympathy in the captors. Arousing fear of the uncertain is a typical trick that a Dravido-Indic would employ in order to disguise fascist agenda to keep communities divided i.e., skies would fall if Pashtuns are liberated from clutches of Punjab's slavery, earth would explode, world would come to an end, and it would be the end-of-time for Pashtuns.

Inventing utterly bogus histories and identities with no basis whatsoever is another ploy they use i.e., as one bad person, Amir Abdur Rahman Khan, questionably did something bad so the shared Pashtun history and culture before and after that spread over thousands of years stands nullified. Even if Pashtuns to west of Durand call Amir Abdur Rahman Khan a bad person, still there wouldn't be any room for reconciliation for your intentions are not bringing home a point ---it is rather cause the divisions (aim is consolidating the Dravido-Punjabi empire).

You are still unable to answer the question does one act associated with Amir Abdur Rahman Khan constitute the entire Pashtun history and nullify every thing else? Pashtuns waged struggle both political and militant for their own freedom under the leadership of dozens of prominent Pashtuns e.g. Faqir Epi, Umara Khan Jandoli, Bacha Khan, Abdus Samad Khan, etc. And Pakistan was the remotest thing on their mind when they did so. Before partition, all the elections were won by KKs. After the partition no fair elections were held until 1970 the consequences of which are well-known in history. Bacha Khan remain incarcerated from 1948 to 1954. And during that time the butcher Qayum Khan unleashed horrible repression on KKs including the massacre of Babara.

Anyhow, quoting dubious sources wouldn't strengthen your argument ---nor an alien can invent history for others---Pashtuns are not some inanimate nature to be described by you. They are educated enough to discover their history and analyse it. Let Pashtuns find their history themselves. It would make a moron like you look nobler if you could explore your own Indic history and develop the honesty and courage to accept it and take pride in it instead of shunning it and seeking refuge from the deep-rooted identity crisis and the spurious sense of shame you associate with being Indic.

So you admit this is how you kicked out the lar Pashtuns to have such a gross misrepresentation or under-representation of Pakistani Pasthuns on this forum?

But perhaps you are right. I may want to be a Pashtun but I will not be accepted as a Pashtun. This much is being made clear . Still doesn't offset the support Pakhtunkhwa Pashtuns showed me but still perhaps I have lots to learn.

which is why I say we Pakistanis are divided little idiots and somehow do deserve some of the **** we are going through-thanks to our crazy leaders.

Second, Haviz if taking a mole and making a mountain out of it is a argumentative technique and is substituted for properly putting a point forward then congrats you are the expert. Naming a few personalities as some sort of proof for loyalty is not sufficient. Most of who you named were not national heroes. Karnal Sher Khan, fair enough. Abdur rab nishtar was part of the British political system, and then switched when they left (very common place among the Muslim league, but then again that party was filled with such docile negroes). Compare this to the likes of Faqir ipi, Umrah Khan, Bacha Khan, Khan Samad khan, etc. You can see the difference. The first were a group of personalities, the latter were pashtun heroes.
Thirdly, loving a people is not enough to dictate their future for them, or re write their history just to suit your patriotism. I love Italian, and Japanese culture, but I won't go there and tell them how to run their lives or politics. That is stupidity.
Fourthly, while as of now unification is a long road ahead...it will take awhile, especially when people like khostai or arooj khan are around (not their fault, their circumstances set up their politics), there is a rational and fundamental basis for this. Pashtuns/Afghans are a nation, pakistan is not. Bringing in Tajiks and Hazaras in to weaken this is pointless. Our nationhood is not going to be dictated by others, maybe our relationship to them will be, but not nationhood. Plus, many smaller ethnic groups live side by side larger ones. So what?

Historical revisionism does not justify your patriotism for a pseudo state that owes its existence to Britain. That bunk works in pak defense forum, but not anywhere else.
BLS... man what is this hypocrisy? If all Pashtuns are one nation then the same logic has to apply to the others! Tajiks and the Uzbeks should be in Tajikistan and Uzbekistan not raping the Pashtuns of Afghanistan who are dreaming such rich dreams of re-unification despite being their slaves.

Warlord's men commit rape in revenge against Taliban

                  Boston Globe, February 24, 2002
                  By David Filipov, Globe Staff
BALKH, Afghanistan - In a country where women have long lived in the shadows, rape is an especially potent political weapon. To this, the women of northern Afghanistan can attest - at least those who dare speak publicly.
The ouster of the Taliban by the US-backed Northern Alliance did not stop the use of rape as a way to demoralize and dominate. But what has changed since the fall is the identity of the victims, now mostly Pashtun families and displaced people living in camps, the losers following the defeat of the Pashtun-dominated Taliban.
The crime is perpetrated, say victims and aid workers, by the men who answer to warlord Abdul Rashid Dostum, a Northern Alliance commander whose 3,000-man army, Junbish-e-Millie, now rules much of the country's north.
Most women are too afraid and ashamed to talk about being raped. But, Nazu, a Pashtun mother of 10, was willing to describe what happened to her, and to her girls.
It was, she said, a little over a month ago. She had put her children to bed when five heavily armed Junbish soldiers burst into their modest compound in Balkh, 12 miles west of Mazar-e-Sharif.
Over the next eight hours, she said, one soldier held her crippled husband, Jamaludin, at gunpoint as the others took her three oldest girls into the room and raped them repeatedly - first Fatima, 14, then Bibi Aisha, 12, and then Bibi Amena, 10. Then they came for Nazu.
''The soldier pointed a gun at me. He told me I was a Pashtun,'' Nazu, 40, said as she and her daughters crouched against the dusty wall of their home, faces partially hidden behind scarves, their eyes lowered.
''I was afraid. I could not resist. I am a woman, and they had guns. I could not stop them.''
                  Officials deny attacks;
                  local police powerless
Pashtun leaders and foreign aid workers say the assault on Nazu and her daughters is only one example in a horrifying trend.
Pashtuns, an ethnic group that made up the bulk of the Taliban, say Junbish soldiers have committed rape as part of their reprisals against the people they blame for the regime's oppressive rule.
Pashtun families in Balkh have not been the only victims. Three weeks ago, Junbish soldiers, who rule much of northern Afghanistan, rampaged through the outskirts of Dawlatabad, 20 miles north of Mazar-e-Sharif. Nur Mohammad, a local Pashtun leader, said 30 houses were attacked.
''Women were assaulted, but none of them will talk to you,'' he said.
At the Sakhi camp for displaced people outside Mazar-e-Sharif, armed Junbish have raped dozens of women since the Taliban left last November, local and foreign aid workers say.
''This is a problem that needs to be investigated,'' said one, on the condition he not be named.
The trouble is that foreign aid agencies depend on the local commanders - Dostum, ethnic Hazara leader Mohammad Mohaqiq, and ethnic Tajik leader Ustad Atta Mohammad - to do their jobs. Borders, roads, warehouses, even the buildings foreign organizations rent, are all under the control of the warlords.
Dostum's security officers routinely harass anyone who appears to be asking too many of the wrong questions.
Meanwhile, General Shakh Zoda, a Dostum aide, denied that Junbish soldiers had assaulted civilians. Mohammad Isa Eftekhari, the government-appointed police chief for Mazar-e-Sharif and the surrounding area, also told the Globe he had no knowledge of any attacks on civilians.
In this atmosphere of denial, local police are powerless to do anything. The police force in the town of Balkh numbers 110 men; the Junbish have more than 700 armed men in the town.
''If someone told you about a terrible crime the Junbish committed, what guarantees of protection could you give them?'' asked one Afghan who works for a foreign aid organization. ''We can't do anything because we have no power.''
Amir Hamza, the ethnic Tajik police chief of Balkh, agreed.
''Junbish commanders protect their soldiers from us,'' he said.
He said it was likely that many more Pashtun women had been raped, but they were afraid to tell anyone. ''It is also possible that some women do not want to discuss this crime with anyone. They are ashamed.''
Threatened and ashamed, victims remain silent
Rape has been used as a weapon of terror in other wars throughout history, most recently in the Balkans. In Kosovo, ethnic Albanian women who were raped by Serb soldiers were evicted when their families found out.
One of the bloodiest and most violent chapters in recent Afghan history occurred when Taliban fighters captured Mazar-e-Sharif in August 1998. In a few days more civilians were killed, and murdered and raped, than at any time in the previous 20 years of war in Afghanistan.
Now, like then, women who are victims of assault are pressured to be silent. Even with the liberation of Afghanistan from Taliban rule, the culture of oppression is slow to change. Especially in the north, women are expected to stay at home and never speak to strangers.
''Many times the Junbish committed these crimes, but Pashtun women have pride and they cannot tell people,'' said one villager.
Pashtun families make easy targets because the Junbish disarmed many of them when Dostum's troops, assisted by US special forces who continue to accompany the warlord everywhere, drove out the Taliban.
''The Junbish see a home, and they know there are Pashtuns living there, and they go inside and rape the women and threaten the men not to talk about it,'' said Amir Jan, the leader of the Pashtun community in the Balkh area. ''They know no one can do anything about it.''
Nazu was also afraid to speak out, and for good reason. The day after the soldiers assaulted her and her daughters, the soldiers came back and told the terror-stricken family that if they repeated this story to anyone, they would die. Jamaludin went to the police anyway, but he was told that they could not do anything.
It was Nazu's neighbor Safi Nubi who tried to get the police to investigate the assault on Nazu and her daughters. They arrested one man but set him free soon after. One of the assailants on Jamaludin's family lives nearby and still roams freely with the Junbish. Also because of this, Nubi said, many more women who have been raped are afraid to come forward.
''If Junbish soldiers commit a crime, the Junbish is very strong,'' Nubi said as tears welled in his eyes. ''The police cannot do anything. These people are afraid. They think that the Junbish will kill them.''
Jamaludin said he was too ashamed to take his wife and children to the hospital after the assault. When the government in Kabul sent a woman doctor to Balkh 20 days ago, he considered taking them, but he did not have any money; the soldiers had stolen it.
''We aren't feeling very well,'' said Nazu as she nursed her infant girl. ''It is shameful for us to explain.''
Her daughters looked on. It was hard to say whether the 10-year-old, Bibi Amena, understood what had happened to her. It was Fatima, 14, who spoke, revealing a young face covered in scars.
''Please help us,'' Fatima said, ''and take care of us.''
Shouldn't you Afghans be dealing with this instead of thinking about further bloodshed that will make the durand line permanent? Your women are being raped left and right and you want the lar Pashtuns to come running into your arms like a child who sees his mother after 20 years? Of course not to say a huge war to destroy Pakistan...

Plus what dual standards are these? I am mortified by this. Don't you see? The same logic should apply otherwise Pakistan has every right to exist! It proves that a nation does not have to necessarily be built on the basis of one ethnic group. What admin khan and you did was prove yourselves wrong. The Tajik should be in Tajikistan-you have stolen his lands if that logic applies.

Also the 4 personalities you mentioned. Umra Khan Jandoli fought against the British. I don't know how he is a figure who fought against Pakistan in anyway. Faqir of Ipi's resistance was much more spiritual in nature and again he fought the British. I don't remember a single attack from him on the Pakistan army though we all know it would have been different if the army went there. That leaves Bacha Khan and Abdul Samad Khan who was actually just his disciple. About these people I have given a response in my previous post. They were icons-nothing more. Pashtuns didn't take their demands seriously especially those calling for a united India. Of course for ultra-nationalists and fanatics like Toramana they were heroes who walked on clouds.

As far as the third point is concerned I am seriously beginning to consider it.

Pashtuns waged struggle both political and militant for their own freedom under the leadership of dozens of prominent Pashtuns e.g. Faqir Epi, Umara Khan Jandoli, Bacha Khan, Abdus Samad Khan, etc.
A reply to the rubbish you have spewed is above. You shouldn't copy someone's post Toramana. Don't steal the words of BLS if you are incapable of original thought. I fear your hatred for indics stems from some indic having raped you or something. You could have called for help from us Pakistani Pashtuns and we would have helped you.

That comment proves that we can never get along. You totally ignore the struggle of Pashtuns for Pakistan. Those personalities are traitors for you just as are 28 Million Pakistani Pashtuns. You have to admit it Toramana. The majority are your enemies since the majority do not believe in the idiocy you are spawning.

Why don't you mention that? Why don't you tell anyone how the majority of Pashtuns think?

Toramana many of us know what honour is about. As a result when someone talks about breaking our country for any ideology we stand against it stoutly.

By this post you have proven you do not even know about Pashtun geography. Why would those west of the durand line call him a bad person. He is the founder of modern Afghanistan and controlled Hazarajut and kafiristan and consolidated the northern regions.

Toramana are you an Indian? I think you should really tell people who you are and why you are so insecure about the "Indics."

You are still unable to answer the question does one act associated with Amir Abdur Rahman Khan constitute the entire Pashtun history and nullify every thing else?
Toramana you fool. I have answered your question and fully claim Pashtun history before 1893. You are the one ignoring all Pashtun history up till 1947 and ongoing. As a result you spit on the graves of your recent ancestors who struggled to make Pakistan. This is an essential part of Pashtun history, something which I cannot stress further.

One Pashtun repressed other Pashtuns and it becomes the fault of Pakistan. Why not talk about the thousands of Pashtuns Qayyum Khan gave the gift of education by giving them Peshawar university-not to mention you could not gallop to Canada if these prestigious institutions had not educated you-pity they could not instill a sense of loyalty in you. Why not talk about the work he did for Pakhtunkhwa. That man might have been one of the only noble Chief Ministers of Pakhtunkhwa in history and may have done more for the province than any other.

But of course how can he be a hero in your eyes. Thank god Pashtunistan is no where close to being accomplished or I don't know what you thugs would have done with every Pashtun who loves his country.

But perhaps you are right. I may want to be a Pashtun but I will not be accepted as a Pashtun. This much is being made clear . Still doesn't offset the support Pakhtunkhwa Pashtuns showed me but still perhaps I have lots to learn.
Lar Pashtuns are still here in pretty abundant numbers. People join and leave the forum for their own reasons not that they are shunned by any one. This is a unique forum where Pashtuns from all around the world gather and discuss Pashtun issues. In this process, disagreement arise naturally but that doesn't mean there are any cleavages.

The point is, true to your degenerate and sinister Punjabo-Dravidic nature, you come here and try to sensationalize and exaggerate things to create a particular kind of feelings. Under the Pashtun pretensions and love for Pashtuns, you come here with a political agenda to cause distraction from real Pashtun issues.

Were your intentions sincere, you would have chosen to explore aspects of Pashtun culture but like someone from a brothel house, you come here and perform the same pissing act again and again and again and pick one specific thread of discussion each time i.e., Paki Pashtun.

And do you know, how ridiculous, retarded, irrational, and moronic you sound if not outright debased, ignoble, and low-birth when you come here and say "I love Pashtuns". Now is there any objective measure or scale on which someone's love for something (and that something also a nation) can be measured? And you don't stop there but rather go ahead and push forward the Punjabo-Dravidic perspective/narrative of history albeit colored as Paki Pashtun history(aim: consolidation of Punjabi-Dravidic empire and Punjabo-Dravidic centered Paki nation). Can you imagine the extent of your ridiculousness?

How can a dog or a donkey be counted a horse by putting on the guise of a horse and joining the herd? The plain fact is, he/she stays a dog, a donkey no matter much the pretension. Ethnicity and group identity is by birth, by social affiliation, by culture, etc. It is not something that you claim and it accrues to you or instills in you. An impostor and a thief has no honor. All the educated Pashtuns here sane one or two have kicked you in the back telling you, you belong across Attock and are not welcome here.

But abstract notions like shame, honour, dignity, etc. means nothing to a Dravido-Punjabi with that proverbial capacity for being shameless/honourless.

I wanted to thank your post because of this one paragraph but then you keep bringing up "Dravido-Punjabi" nature.

Faye you advised me to reveal what I said to you to everyone. Now it has left me more unsure of everything I believe in than ever before.

I told you these Afghans don't know the meaning of respect. Being from a suspect, weak Pashtun background means more brownie points for these people. Do you blame me now for not wanting to share it. Its become a weapon for them to discredit anything I say?
