You guys who like talking about politics, religion and history, you all should carefully read the discussion between Barakzai Abdali and Mostafa and learn from them. They don't necessarily agree with each other in everything yet they are able to discuss and respect each other's views. Ah, and they don't need to insult each other. Such discussions don't happen often on this forum.
Thank you, it was a real pleasure to read your posts.دلته دم او قدم دواړه په حساب دي - پل په لاره غلط مه ږده بې حسابه

I have read soldat_amir's posts
I agree with some of his views ( about suicide bombing, talibans etc.... )
But unfortunately, he likes to generalize
And he is obviously racist against turkish and arab people.
And he is wrong about ISI
ISI supported talibans during the soviet war
Today , TTP talibans are obviously the ennemies of Pakistani army and ISI.
You can't deny that.
We have seen it in SWAT and SOUTH WAZIRISTAN
Pak army is fighting the TALIBANS !!!!.

Roadrunner what dictators like Zia Ul Haq needed to understand, still need to understand, in fact even now is that you simply do not interfere in another country. Pakistanis and Pakistani Pashtuns felt love and brotherhood with the Afghan people (for many reasons: main one which was we are all so called 'Muslim'). That is why we stumbled into Afghanistan when we shouldn't have. Of course if USA is urging us to do something we just can't resist which has always been our problem.Originally posted by roadrunner View Postso you wouldnt have armed the pashtuns and let them get massacred by the northern alliance?
After 4 Million Afghans were killed in that war and the civil war because we thought it fit to interfere the Afghans don't really like us, especially Northern Alliance supporters. I have never heard an Afghan, Pashtun or otherwise say anything good about Pakistan. What did Pakistan gain by getting involved in a war there. We have to ask ourselves this fundamental question.
Pakistan has to declare itself neutral to whatever goes on in Afghanistan. Taliban, no-Taliban its not our business. Let the Afghans decide. Our sympathy for the Afghan people did nothing but distance us two brothers.
Today it hasn't only affected Pashtuns on that side. Its affected our side too. Pashtuns are frustrated in South Waziristan and Swat and are questioning past government policies and feel alienated. The army is incapable of fighting conventional war and causes damage to Pashtun houses and lives. Pakistan is losing.
That is why I have constantly been saying Pakistan government has to pay attention to what the Pashtun wants or it will alienate the Pashtun.I am the author of Badal, an upcoming fiction novel on the War on Terror. You seem to be clueless about Pashtuns.
Pashtun tribes, specially south and south-east of Kabul are and always were armed to the teeth.
The Northern Alliance couldn´t even take on the outskirts of Kabul in 2001 after American B-52 bombers had cleared their way and you are making propaganda for the Pakistani intervention in Afghanistan by declaring it "helping Pashtuns".
If Pakistan cared about Pashtuns, it should have built schools, unis and infrarstructure in KPK and FATA. While ISI general´s children were studying in Oxford, Pashtuns were indoctrinated in madrassas.
It was about installing a Pakistan-friendly regime in Kabul and NOT about Pashtuns and their fate. It was more about undermining the Pashtun cause by Islamic Internationalism.....The only constant is change.

Thanks, that's great news.I have read soldat_amir's posts
I agree with some of his views ( about suicide bombing, talibans etc.... )
Oh really! But unfortunately, he likes to generalize
Turks and Arabs colonised my lands, so obviously I have dislike for them. And he is obviously racist against turkish and arab people.
First Indian to call me wrong. And he is wrong about ISI
There was no such thing as the Taliban during the soviet war. go read a book. Pakistan was one of the only countries to recognize the Taliban and even stated that one day every nation will accept Pakistans stance on the Taliban.ISI supported talibans during the soviet war
Pakistan is only fighting Anti State elements of the TTP, I suggest you read about Mullah Nazir, Gul Badahur, Haqqanis, Misbahudeen Mahsud and co. Plus the man who made the TTP was the student of a Mullah from the JUI party called Mullah Noor Mohammad Wazir. Run along, read a book.Today , TTP talibans are obviously the ennemies of Pakistani army and ISI.
South Waziristan Taliban under Mullah Nazir opposes attacks on Pakistan army hence the reason why Anti Pakistan elements of Hakeemullah have been booted out of Wana on orders of the political agent and Pak government. You can't deny that.
We have seen it in SWAT and SOUTH WAZIRISTAN
Pak army is fighting Hakeemullah Mahsud faction of the TTP, he is not the emir of them all, each faction has their own leader and most of the TTP are not Anti Pakistan.Pak army is fighting the TALIBANS !!!!
Plus my Indian friend, what about the Punjabi Taliban, they are also fighting Pakistan army, and your point is.
Honestly standards here.
Of Afghanistan2010 would agree with what he says, hes just as blind as they can be.
Also Bharati
Heres a gift for you
What kind of Anti Pakistani person says they will defend the border of Punjab against India, and these are the guys who are fighting Pakistani Army.
Indian friend, do not follow the foot steps of Pakistan in regards to meddling in Afg!Last edited by Soldat_Amir; 03-06-2012, 12:38 PM.

You know the funny thing about this so called "we came to help Pashtun myth" is that why did the Pakistanis support non Pashtusn such as Ahmad Shah and Rabbani to overthrow Pashtun Daud Khan.
Pakistanis who promote these lies are a virus, a disease!

Disagree?
You have Barakzai presenting a factual debate, and you have Mostafa repeatedly lying.
Whats so respectful about that type of an engagement.
He said he didn't support NATO. I showed that he did support NATO. Then he says that he "prefers NATO"
and that there is a difference between "support" for NATO and "preference" for NATO

There are some though such as this gentleman and Taj Andersen who are upset and want vengeance for Najibullah and are living in the 80s. They are hiding their true agenda of destroying the Afghan rural masses philosophies and work out agreements that will render the native Pashtuns in the same condition as the native Americans in 200 to 300 years time if these people are given their preference. You and I live fine... we do not suffer... but this is a front for sustained interventionalism.
At least we know they have failed, and that is why they can only resort to expressing their frustrations here on this forum

Northern Alliance would and could never pass Kabul with a weapon. We didnt need ISI training to defend our villages

the northern alliance could take kabul. I'm pretty sure if they had some state-based technology, AK-47s would not work well.Originally posted by Amir al Ghaznavi View Postlol calm down buddy

an AK-47 against an Mig is not a match. The NA would not run out of money.
