I understand its difficult to say since Pashtuns are scattered in large numbers around non pashtun areas but does that region more important to them than the unification of their people, is being called a Afghan muhajir honourable in their eyes?

Past leaders of Pashtuns, with their thirst for power and imperialism over the continent has led us into this sad mess.

To be honest, If Waziristan became a separate state, i would happily support it as everybody in Waziristan are Pashtuns, I would support all the Waziristanis from Karachi to return back to their homeland because it doesnt look good for pashtuns in Karachi and soon there will be a big genocide there.

Its sad, that Pashtuns have given their provinces to outsiders, let alone with women.

I am speaking of all Pashtun dominated areas joining with Pakhtunkhwa as one Pashtun state. Then what excuses do we have about us as Pashtuns being oppressed etc.
The problem that not all pashtun populated areas are adjacent to one another. The large pockets of Pashtun communities in northern region of Afghanistan are secluded from the core areas. There are high mountains and other regions with people of different ethnicities dividing the north with the south.

If we make a pure Pashtun state, then we have to be corfed to either abandon those areas or create enclaves. And enclaves only cause wars.

        Contradiction.

"i oppose all forms of imperialism", "Pashtun dominated areas joining with Pakhtunkhwa as one Pashtun state".

What will happen to the Tajiks, Uzbeks etc who have lived in the Pashtun dominated areas for decades or even centuries? We going to drive them out of their own homes?
O'faithful hearken thy vezir, for he promises them another Gandamak and for the ancestors of Hari Nalwa a similar fate has been sealed. We shall shake the foundations of their inner sanctums, written in gold and immortal will remain this endeavor of Afghans.

Muhajir is an Arabic word. And its religious meaning is to travel for the sake of your religion. And those Afghans who have fled opression by communists or Americans and live as muhajirs should be honored for they are described as most pious by prophet muhammad saww in a hadith.

And what are you going to do with those millions of Pashtuns wo work and own property areas far away from core areas? Do you expect them to abandon everything and become "muhajirs" inside core areas without land, without money?

Who is going to support them? Why do you think people leave core areas in the first place? because there are no jobs, no food nothing.

The whole Kuchi-Hazara conflict in Behsud is a manifestation of the problems we have.

            There are two options

            go to uzbekistan

            or go to Tajikistan

            where shud pashtuns go to

            Afghanistan or Pakistan?

            What contradiction?

Afghanistan is a failed state for a good reason.

Well...what ever suits you is fine, but the way they said Mujahir wasnt on good terms but more on the context of being a illegal immigrant, so yeah Afghans were seen as outsiders in Pakhtunkhwa and its very obvious why.

hahaha they shud be honoured? what about the ones who fled because of Taliban? did they follow the Prophet?

you like to choose and pick to suit you, but the fact remains, the soviets were lured due to the Stupiduty of Afghans by listening to Pakistan Bhutto and destroying their own country to Islamist warlords. and you think Pashtuns from Pakhtunkhwa wud wanna call them muhajirs in good terms,

To be honest, I fink Pakhtunkhwa as a independent state with control of its resouces, is way less stressful and less painful trying to control and maintain Afghans.

Like you said, No empire can control the Afghans, so how can Pashtuns control them, At times, I dont even blaime Pakistan for forcing a Border and booting Afghans out. Even when I was in Di Khan, Pashtuns wud cuss Afghans everywhere

That is imperialism ticking like clock work.

Let go back to basics, imperialism is defined as "the policy, practice, or advocacy of seeking, or acquiescing in, the extension of the control, dominion, or empire of a nation, as by the acquirement of new territory or dependencies".
O'faithful hearken thy vezir, for he promises them another Gandamak and for the ancestors of Hari Nalwa a similar fate has been sealed. We shall shake the foundations of their inner sanctums, written in gold and immortal will remain this endeavor of Afghans.

Evolution has no proof either that is why its called a 'theory'. Furthermore, the theory of evolution can only be applied at phenotype level and not genotype which is why its stupid.
Both of these are CLAIMS based on non acquaintance about facts and propaganda literature.

Allah swt says that the universe was nothing more than hot gas i.e nebula and that with a sudden bang He formed all the cosmic bodies and the laws governing them, recent scientific discoveries confirms both.
This explanation does not in any way prove creationists' appproach to be correct but more emphatically it proves evolutionary approach to be more reasonable. The explanation of universe life and origin of man is given more logically by evolutionary concept than by creationist concept and even many prominent "muslim scholars" uphold this idea.

Infact, if you read a book titled The Privileged Planet by Guillermo Gonzalez and Jay W. Richards you will see how well they have refuted the theory of evolution. They go on to state that planet is created like an observatory, pointing out all tiny details about it and the cosmic bodies. They explain how all these little details add up and how they can not be out of sheer chance - they state that everything points out that there is perhaps a God but at the moment they like to refer to it as Grand Design.
This is just one view but there are dozens which have the opposite view supported by scientifically experimented facts instead of some normative views.

I believe in Allah swt for many reasons but the most prominent of them is His promise that Quran is protected and none can change it not even a single word of it, and surely that has been the case for 1400 years.
Allah swt poses a very simple challenge, prove Him wrong and the Islamic faith will collapse overnight - no need for wars - no need for propaganda etc. So here is the challenge:
Indeed, it is We who sent down the Qur'an and indeed, We will be its guardian.

Falsehood cannot approach it from before it or from behind it; [it is] a revelation from a [Lord who is] Wise and Praiseworthy.

If all the humans and all the jinns bonded together in order to produce a Quran like this, they could never produce anything like it, no matter how much assistance they lent one another.

And if you are in doubt as to which We have revealed to Our servant, then produce a sura like it, and call on your helper, besides Allah, if you are truthful.

But if ye cannot - and of a surety ye cannot - then fear the Fire whose fuel is men and stones,- which is prepared for those who reject Faith.
I have absolutely no problem with you believing in ALLAH however the one reason out of many unmentioned ones which you have mentioned is not a valid reason because every book is a unique book and you cannot produce a single chapter like it. This is true for Aristotle's Poetica, Shakespeare's Hamlet, Homer's Oddyssey, Firdowsi's Shahnama, Tolstoy's War and Peace, Marx's Das Kapital etc.

The challenge was for Arabs of that age and today. If they were dumb enough not to produce another literary master piece why should a non Arab accept that ideology due to their incompetance. How can it be a challenge for a Pashtun or American or German who have nothing to do with Arabic.

Its linear because it had a start point and it has an end point, it is cyclic because societies go through the same cycle as their forefathers or counterparts - in that they commit sins, do unjustices and when the message of Allah swt reaches them some of them believe others rebel and the fate of all rebellion societies are the same hence its a cycle.
This might be your interpretation. However by linear we mean the idea that history does not repeat itself and by cyclic we mean that it does. What you are referring to is about the nature of matter [which is discussed in the debate of "hadis wa qadeem" in arabic] .

Natural catastrophes has nothing to do with "sins" though social anarchy, chaos, destruction and devastation may be due those laws of sociology which are against the collective progress and evolution of humanity.

I can see why it could be ambiguous to an athiest, but it certainly isn't to a believer. It will no longer be vague if you understood intuition and natural disposition.
Ambiguity has nothing to do with faith,It deoends upon the absence of logically correct argument. Intutition is yet to be recognised as a reliable source of knowledge by the academia.

Same means, same transactions but without usury.
Usury is not the only prohibited thing in various versions of Sharia. I am sure you know this right? The laws of stock exchange, inflation and currency conversion have made this concept null and void where we can not apply the simple trade system of 7th century.

Allah swt is the Sovereign and the Amir is His vicegerent. No human being has a Lord or patron other than Allah swt and everyone is subject to Shariah law.
What is meant by "Allah is the Soverign and the Amir [Monarch /Autocrat/ Dictator] is vicergerant".

When we say Parliament is soverign it is understood. If you mean that Quran is the sovereign then still that has to be interpreted by people whether they are in a limited '"shoora" or a parliament and in case of difference you have to consider the view of the majority in the shoora or parliament.

Human rights are similar, civil rights are restricted. Why are their civil rights restricted? Because Allah swt has ordered that and the majority of the population voted for it by accepting Islam as their way of life.
So when you are not given a right in a westren state then you call it discrmination but you dont give it to non muslim you call it order of God. Okay it may be order of God but then how is it appealing if it is based on injustice and discrimination?

You are contradicting yourself now BY resorting to the notion of " majority of the people" which is popularly known as democracy. That was what I asked.

That is incorrect, there is a space for new legislations that is why we have Qiyas and Ijma. I gave you an example of this in one of my previous replies. Intellectual property rights/law is fairly new but Islam recognizes it and there is legislation for it.
I have said that what you are referring to is the HANAFI SCHOOL OF JURISPRUDENCE. Others wont agree with you.

Ask the Ahle hadith. It is even difficult to convince the dimwits about the fact that flying in aeroplane is okay as they would say " there is no saheeee hadees whether it is allowed or not".

Hypocritcally they use every new innovation of technology without any hesitation despite finding no relaible source for it in the scrptures .

Ofcourse they dont believe in anythign other than strict literal intepretation void of any wosdom of quran as well as the very text of Hadith ignoring its essence and spirit.

The world is heading towards Islamic renaissance, hence the way of the blessed generations will prevail.
This is the dream all naive revivalists of the 7th century system suffer from. Good luck.

Institutionalised procedures based on Quran and the Sunnah.
What is that institutionalised procedure or institition? That was precisely my question, sir.

Islam unlike other religions encompasses all aspect of human life. The beauty of Islam is that:

                  1. It tells you what your problems are.
                  2. It explains the root causes of those problems.
                  3. It provides pragmatic and efficient solutions to those problems.

Like I mentioned earlier, history has cyclic properties hence the inner workings, attributes and issues of all civilizations are the same.
Untill elaborated will be taken as a claim.

To be honest, why does a few converts to Islam mean that all of a sudden Muslims will dominate the world, the mintue the west starts banning minorets, mosques, muslim group movements, the first people to protest their abuse of human rights are muslims themselves, you ever wondered why there absolutely no conflict between shias and sunnis in the west? its because there is peace, law and order, while in Muslim countries, they slaughter eachother, throw granades into each others mosques while praying, they murder eachother over objections of their haditsh and views, why doesnt this happen in other places?

It is something to consider and think deep about, Sharia was used by Taliban, but we saw how they slaughter hazara shias in the 100's, why were their rights not preserved?

Its hipocritical to say Non Muslims will have no rights at all, but its acceptable for a Muslim to have rights in Non Muslim countries.

I hope i dont offend anybody, but why dont muslims publish the statistic of the number of Muslims who leave Islam with the number who convert to Islam, its strange how its avoided, but anyway i hope not to make myself look bad by asking.

                    Regards

Incorrect! It is an open challenge to all human beings regardless of their nations. Look at it this way, if the atheists manage to change just a single verse of Quran, then entire Islam will collapse so why don't you invest your time and effort in changing that instead of waging wars. Change that and make a mockery of us!

The average book can be altered/corrupted over long periods of time i.e bible, torah, psalms, bhagavata purana, vedas etc. Allah's challenged you to alter it, alter a single verse of it, infact alter a single word of it and take as many helpers as you can and as many resources as you like and as many years as you wish!

1400+ years and not a single letter has been changed, infact Hitler was so taken back by this challenge that he ordered his intelligence to collect and analyze thousands copies of Quran from all over the world, they couldn't find any corruption!

Yara be intellectually honest, where is quran against evolution?

No it is not, not when you study animate beings in genotype level.
Evolution at human level is different than it was at animal level.human being is the first perfect animal and then in humans the evolution became psychological.

Do you comprehend the meaning of 'believe'? Believe means 'accept as true' or 'take to be true'. If we could see Allah swt then we wouldn't have 'believed'.
There should be some ratiional basis of believing. Why dotn you belive in Lord Shiv langam of Hindus otherwise?

There is no scientifically experimented facts, that is why it is called Darwin's 'theory' - it is a theory.
The theory part is about the causes of evolution not about the phenomenon itself. Causes can be debated.

Incorrect! It is an open challenge to all human beings regardless of their nations. I wont waste time on the literary master piece of another language. Your claim is true about any literary master piece. How can I be accountable to base my life for a master piece written in another language. Those who have done the research have did it. Read Rashad Khalifa who says this is not the same Quran.Read Shia among you guys they also think it is not the samebook.

So you like to believe, but I beg to disagree.
There should be some rational basis of disgreement for me to agree with you.

Ok so your forefathers were monkeys, were they Pashtun monkeys or just ordinary monkeys?
This is a cheap satire not argument hence ignored

Usury comes in different forms and all forms of it are haram.
                        You dint get the argument.

                        This should answer you question.

I am sure even you would not have listened to this nomadic imbecile mulla who does not know sh*t about what a state is in the first place.

No, I loaded that sentence in order to get you to say what you have said. If you believe in democracy then the fact that the majority of people want non-muslims should pay tax etc - why do you have a problem with thier democractic choice?
It is not majority of people who say non muslims should pay tax it is Quran says " Yutal Jizyatay aiyadin wa hum SAGHIROON". [translation: They should pay tax [jizya] and be second rate citizens].

Exactly! Get this, bro: The most, MOST funniest question I've ever heard/read from a Muslim on an "Islamic" website (Islam Q&A) was: "Are we allowed to believe in evolution?" I'm still laughing deep inside! What kind of a question is this? What kind of a person asks such a question? lol.

Khair, speaking of evolution ... here are my thoughts. The same matter was being discussed on CK once, and thank God I saved my response :D I knew I'll be needing it again for discussions with certain Muslims who think they know what they're talking about whenever they open their mouth.

I always find it too shocking when I come across a person who doesn't believe in evolution. One must not have even the basic knowledge of evolution in order to reject it, I guess.
Before we even decide whether or not the theory of evolution is compatible with Islam, we need to know what the heck evolution is to begin with. Are we among those fools who think that evolution "says that we came from monkeys"? And "Heck! MY ancestors weren't animals! Maybe yours were, hahahaha"? Because evolution doesn't teach that. It says we're related to monkeys, and I thought that was obvious from the way we look and behave. Our genes are over 98% similar, too.

Evolution means change with time, and this can be observed in everything -- c'mon. Everything evolves with time, including cultures, ideas, practices, and even interpretations of religions.

Let's take some time out of our lives to look into the "tree of life" some time Will prove fruitful to our knowledge about science (I hope).

The theory of evolution has so much evidence that it's even accepted as a fact among many scientists (and non-scientists others who understand what it is). To them, it's like, "Dude, how MUCH more evidence can we give you that evolution exists in order to show that it's a fact, not a theory anymore?"

Evolution is also when you take two animals, siblings, and put one in one region and the other in another and observe how (and if) they adapt to their new environment. You'll see that their great-great-grand children will look very different as well (if their the parents managed to survive the new environment, that is). Natural selection will favor those animals that have the means and ability to adapt well to a new environment. Obviously, if they can't, they'll die.

A perfect example to illustrate this is the different types of squirrels in the northern and southern rims of the Grand Canyon in Arizona, United States. There is the Kaibab Squirrel, which lives on the northern side, and then there's the Albert's Squirrel, which lives on the southern side; both are extremely closely related to each other. The theory is that as the canyon formed through erosion, separating them, the canyon was too deep for them to be able to go down one side and climb up to the other in order to be together -- and so they were forced to stay away from each other, and, with time, they evolved into what they are today.

Further, why are some humans black, some white, some in between? Some with Pashtun features, some with Japanese features, some as dark as Africans? Is our genetic make-up not contingent upon elements like our geography and food?

Which one of us did Adam and Eve look like? Did Adam and Eve look like the people in parts of Africa, or did they look like Pashtuns? Or did they look like Chinese or Bosnian or British?

Seriously, I can't understand how ANYONE can think that evolution doesn't exist and try to use religion as a justification for their disbelief.

Can it be that the dispersion of people on different lands, their settlement in different and separate lands led to the way we are today -- if we all are indeed Children of Adam? If so, isn't that evolution, too? If not, what else is it?

Yes, science needs an explanation for why everything is the way it is And Evolution happens to be the best and most sensible way.

Having said all that, does the Quran stand against or for evolution? Or is it simply silent on the matter? Answer: on some matters, it clearly is pro-evolution; on others, it's just silent -- doesn't seem to be anti-evolution at all.

I say that because what makes us think that Adam and Eve looked *just* like we humans do today? How do we know that they looked and walked and talked JUST like we do today?

A comment on the "scientific miracles of the Quran" claim we love to hold to our glory whenever we come across a new "scientific miracle in the Quran/hadith":

I guess we'll reject the evolution theory for now, but decades -- or maybe centuries -- later, when evolution is accepted as a scientific fact (as I stated earlier, there's so much evidence for evolution that it's more than close to being accepted as a fact, and some scientists hate that it's not accepted as a fact already), we'll start *searching* for verses in the Quran that can be *interpreted* in a way that'll be compatible with science. We're already doing that with everything else that we're told is scientific miracles. I'm not saying those aren't scientific miracles, but I'm saying that it's simply how those verses are interpreted; if you read the explanations of these "miracles" carefully enough, you can easily tell that certain words are interpreted to fit into the whole idea of miracles in the Quran, and one wonders if the same term can be interpreted to mean something different, maybe even totally opposite.

So, since science has already taught us that it's utterly impossible for the earth to have formed in six days (the literal meaning of the term "yaum"), we find verses in the Quran in which the term "yaum" can mean a thousand years, a million years, or even epochs.

Clearly, we need to read Muslim (and other theist) scientists' views, yeah?

Bottom line: We can believe in God/Quran/Islam while being pro-evolution or pro-science at the same time. But no one said you absolutely MUST accept evolution as a fact, just as no one said you absolutely MUST believe in God or else. You have the choice to believe in either, both, or even neither. But it's obviously best to be aware of all sides (without having to accept or reject any or everything), just for you to enhance your own knowledge about different fields.

Great. Then what right do we Muslims have believing that Islam is the only true religion on Earth when it's all a matter of "belief"? Hindus, too, "believe" that their religion is the right one, so they do what they do because they have faith/belief in their religion and gods, just like we do in Islam and our God.

In other words, according to your argument of "belief," all people are on the right path. And I'm sure that, considering the kinds of things you beleive, you'd strongly disagree with this -- 'cause you must be of the belief that only Islam is correct and all other religions are man-made and hence unacceptable to Islam and are not real or true. Correct?

This is what i dont understand about you.

Just clearly admit that you dont beleive in Islam?

Iam sure the supporters of evolution come under Darwinism, am i wrong?

If you support this theory and the theory of mankind originating from Monkeys, than how can you also follow the beleive in mankind coming from adam and eve and the what Islam says, because monkey origin theory would be against the adam and eve theory.

You cant just invent your own Islam to suit you Qurratgai and I feel your being very dishonest with us all by your smart ass comments.

To be honest, i couldnt care less, I dont see any Pashtun nation being led by a person like you, i guess you should prepare for another new orleans style situation once America's economical state totally demolishes, we will see how Advance those who you admire truely are.
