Because I don't want to pay taxes to a system I regard as un-Islamic. The only reason I pay taxes is because I have no choice. In Islam, a person is excused and not considered sinful for the actions he does out of coercion.

No you are taxed with representation. No one is denying you representation on how your taxes are used, You CHOOSE to refuse representation, that is your own sin.
