    Yes it does

But you can't change reality to suit you and try to edit books, that is absurd.

He was a 14 year old chilled who need therapy and help. I bet if he had got that he would be a normal human being by now and could function in a normal society. But well Pakistan think it is more important to polish their useless nukes than to take care of their population.

He was 14 years old when this happened. By law in many countries, that age is considered a teenager and the preparator will be prosecuted as an adult. Regardless, he was old enough to realize his crimes and what he did was wrong. The death sentence is a good way for him not to do anything like this again. The story reminds me of the murders of James Bulger who was killed by 10 years old in Britan back in 1993. And his killers are leaning towards being released 22 years laters.

Dude, a 14-year-old is a teenager, but which normal country tries such individuals as adults? That's ridiculous. He wasn't old enough to have good judgement and think for himself. I don't know about you, but most people are quite naive at that age.

A 14 year old that has intentionally killed should be killed. If he is not then it is a further crime against the victim. The whole focus is about the victim, not the murderer. Who cares about the murderer.

The thing is that you guys who "think too much" forget about the victim.

How is not killing someone who did a crime at 14 year old a against the victim? the crime was already done. The victim is already dead, what benefit will it be for him? This is assuming rape, abuse, torture to get a confession implies certain guilt.

It costs less to do that than stage an execution.

Well, the victim's already dead and studies have shown that the death penalty does not reduce homicide rates, but put that aside for a second and tell me, do you seriously think a 14-year-old should be executed for something he did? Were you capable of making the most intelligent decisions at that age? Weren't you impressionable? I know I was.

we are not talking about reducing the crime rate, we are talking about justice for the victim. Who cares if the victims is already dead, that is why he/she is a victim, the dead deserve justice too. In the video you could see young teenagers engaged in the assault on Farkhunda. Just because Farkhunda is dead, therefore she should not get justice.

There are consequences for making unintelligent decisions.

In america, yes, since lawyers delay, delay, delay and they charge up the cost.

we are not talking about shafqat since the paksitani justice system is riddled with corruption.

We are talking about a 14 year old that has actually intentionally killed. What if someone has a gun pointed at you and you have a chance to kill him before he kills you, are you going to kill the person or are you going to tell him, let me go or else you are going to spend 30 years in jail.

That's not the only reason why; and the fact they as you put it "delay, delay, delay" is a good thing. It's apart of due process, they want to make sure every possible stone has not been overlooked. So that a bunch of people don't need to lose their lives over nothing.

Other reasons is because the actual act of execution is costly.

I don't think trying to prevent your death in self defense works in tandem with an act of vengeance that won't save anyone's life.

Why save your life, why not let him kill you and save his life. After all someone life is saved right? why is your life more important then his?

Also your assuming that furure victims lives wont be saved.
