  • Update on 0ld member Hairan's current status

There use to be a member here called "hairan". He was a typical Pashtun nationalist. He posted here for a while, and then he suddenly disappeared.

Well, he re-surfaced in Holland few years ago. He applied for asylum because of his apostasy. He obtained asylum on the grounds that his life is in danger in Afghanistan since he is "public figure" who is no longer a Muslim.

Now he is running his blog in Dutch. He is working hard to master the dutch language. I must say, his ability to learn the Dutch language is quite amazing.

I read his blog sometimes to see what he is up to. It seems he is trying to write the most obscene stuff in order to gain respect from the Islamophobic bloggers and demagogues in Holland.

I learned about his apostasy from the people who lived with him in the same asylum seekers camp. Apparently he was trolling his fellow Pashtun asylum seekers with his Islam bashing.

In fact he even wrote some really offensive stuff in Pashto about Islam on pro-Taliban facebook groups in order to make his case for asylum.

Currently he is avoiding Pashtuns like a plague. Only a very small group of like minded people interact with him.

As usual, the whole Pashtun Nationalist mumbo jumbo he was on about is all gone. Just like that dude, Amanullah ( MakeenMaseed Iwantjustice1).

The thing is, in Holland there are thousands of apostates. Allot of people from Afghanistan openly distance themselves from Islam and Muslims. This country is not like Afghanistan. So there is absolutely no reason for one to fear persecution because of apostasy. In fact, being an apostate from Islam earns you allot of respect from certain people in the Dutch community.

But what puzzles me, is why does Hairan distance himself from the Pashtuns all together? I can see he doesn't like the Muslim part of Pashtuns, but surely, he is still a Nationalist, right? How come you don't see or hear from him even in the Pashtun Nationalist circles in Holland?

My answer to this is very simple: Most Pashtun Nationalists do not believe in their cause. Its just all lies. Thats why the dude even stopped publishing in Pashto ever since is in Holland. All he does is write childish and pointless stuff in Dutch on his blog.

    More on him later.

    birds of a feather...
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

Don't tell me me you've got your asylum for supporting the Taliban ?
I have a great respect for abdulhadi hairan Saeb. He has criticized Muslims as well as non Muslims, including the coalition forces and countries. He has some great articles.
I am happy for him he got his asylum. Finally he can freely express himself.
Just open your big heart and support him in all his noble work.

Situations in Which Gheebah (“Backbiting”) is Permitted

What are the situations in which gheebah (backbiting or talking about others in their absence) is permitted?

                Praise be to Allah.
The scholars have stated that gheebah is permitted in certain situations:

                1-

Complaining. It is permissible for the one who has been wronged to complain to the ruler or judge and others who have the authority or ability to settle the score with the one who wronged him.

                2-

Seeking help to change evil and bring the sinner back to the right path, so he may say to the one who he hopes is able to do something: “So and so is doing such and such; tell him not to do it.”

                3-

Seeking advice or a fatwa (religious ruling), by saying to the mufti (scholar), “So and so/my father/my brother has wronged me by doing such and such, does he have the right to do that? How can I solve this problem and ward off his harm from me?”

                4-

Warning the Muslims of someone’s evil, such as highlighting the weakness of some reporters or witnesses or authors. That also includes seeing someone buying faulty goods, or someone keeping company with one who is a thief or adulterer, or giving a female relative of his to such a man in marriage, and the like. You should tell them about that by way of sincere advice, not with the aim of causing harm and spreading mischief.

                5-

If a person openly commits evil or follows bid’ah (innovation), such as drinking alcohol and seizing people’s wealth unlawfully, it is permissible to speak of what he is doing openly, but it is not permissible to speak against him any other way, unless it is for another reason.

                6-

For identification, if someone is known by a nickname such as the dim-sighted one, or the blind man or the one-eyed or the lame one, it is permissible to identify him as such, but it is haraam (impermissible) to mention that by way of belittling him, and if it is possible to identify him in some other way, that is better.

It says in Fatawa al-Lajnah al-Daimah li’l-Ifta: Speaking about a person in his absence is permissible in certain situations as indicated by shar’I Islamic legal) evidence, if there is a need for that, such as if someone consults you about arranging a marriage to him, or entering into a business partnership with him, or if someone complains to the authorities to put a stop to his wrongdoing. In that case there is nothing wrong with saying things about him that he may not like to be said, because there is an interest to be served by that. One of the scholars summed up in two lines of poetry the situations in which it is permissible to talk about a person in his absence, and said:

Criticizing is not gheebah in six (cases) – complaining, identifying, warning,

When the person is committing evil openly, when advice is sought, and when one is asking for help in removing an evil.

                End quote.

                And Allah knows best.

no one should need a page long reference on condition of an act being wrong. if you cant decide on right and wrong in your heart, you are good for nothing. you are not convincing anyone of the goodness in islam by mocking them in public for seeking asylum from people like you. if by living in holland he has to face this sort of discrimination, obviously he wont be much safe in afghanistan either.
bad human beings can't be good muslims. and, my question was rhetoric. i don't seek education from individuals like you.

I do not need to convince anybody of the goodness of Islam. Islam does not require from me to make it look better. However, in case someone is ignorant, we as Muslims can always teach them what Islam is.

In case of people like Hairan and you, the reason why you are who you are and the reason why you believe what you believe is because Allah knows you and your intention and he allowed you to become what you have become. Likewise, Allah knows me and knows my intention and the reason why I am who I am is because of Allah.

At the end of the day, we all die and disappear under the surface. The only thing that we leave behind is our actions.

The reason why you are constantly agitated and hostile towards Islam and Muslims is because Allah knows you and makes you commit these crimes against yourself.

i don't have a problem with islam and muslims, i have a problem with wahabis and munafiqs. you are not the way that you are because of islam, you are that way because of the brainwashing that you got from your fellow wahabis. allah doesn't make you commit crimes, allah gives you the will to choose and then shaitan convinces you to make the choice. you were given a brain for a reason.

LOL..............I am here, alive and well, plus Hairan is onto bigger things than walking around in Arab PJ's screaming Sharia for Holland, Sharia for UK, takbeeeeeer! death to Kafirs and all JUICE!

Its amazing how we have a Jihadi from Holland who calls others Islamophobic yet he hates Shias, Sufis, Christians, Jews and anybody who is not a Salafi.

                        The Irony.

To be honest, Hairan, I speak to him, he has many Pashtuns on his list, and of course he has the right to claim asylum for apostasy since Muslims even in the west have the tendency to murder those who leave it, who can blame him?

Plus, its quite rich coming from you Mr Khurasani claiming benefits from a kafir queen betrice of holland but then spitting vile trash about the people you co-exist with.

This benefit sponger who supports the Arabisation of Afghan society and wants to turn Afghanistan into a tent dwelling Arab nomadic desert civilisation himself, refuses to deport himself to a nice Islamic country where there is plenty of sand and lots of burqas on sale at the local market.

He still remains in the kafir west, that goes to show his imam is weak, and he is not a true and real Mujahid, if he was, he would blow himself up in Damascus or allepo alongside his bearded apes.

but who knows, maybe the good news will come when Mujahid Khurasani is returned to holland on the tax payers expense in a coffin where his fellow Jihadis such as Maiwand AL Afghani weep and cry for their loss.

for as long as Afghans support and follow people like him, they will continue to be someones little B--tch.

Plus so what if Muslims leave Islam, were in the 21st century, people should be allowed to choose their own paths in life, Muslims are unique in this case, no other faith murders for apostasy, no other faith to this day, go into a frenzy if they hear somebody has left Islam. This goes to show they are desperate.
