Sorry but you sound more misinformed then that idiot KGODB who I was having an argument with. The Taliban do NOT rape women or throw acid at little girls. That goes against the taliban's ideology. Majority of rapes That happen in any war are by the invaders themselves, so in this case it would be the Americans. They commit these war crimes and blame it on either the locals or the Taliban.

In this link , Afghan MP Gailani in an interview describes events in Kandahar where US forces took Afghan women's clothes off, raped them, and threw acid on them. I thought US forces were there to *help* Afghan women, not rape them and throw acid on them. That is NOT what women's rights are called.

you must have seen in the news many women been publicly executed for commiting adultery? why no man ever involved, or executed similarly as women? its not only done by the taliban but also other criminals like northern alliance criminals. simply watch the video and guess why there is no man involved, its just an example.

That's just an assumption though. I hate to say it but I don't think that the Taliban ever intentionally targeted innocent civilians for the sake of it the way US-NATO or even the ANA do. I am not fond of the Taliban although I havn't come across the news that they raped any person but there are constant news stories about ANA and US forces doing it, sadly and unfortunately.

Just like you abolished Jim Crow laws and discrimination against non-whites in public largely due to pressure from the competing idealogy of the time, communism, you should make reforms now regarding these other societal weaknesses in response to pressure from Islamic shariah. If you really want to tell the world your way is better, prove it, otherwise the competing idealogy of the time will become more and more attractive to people.
