ehh it all depends. ive seen talll azz pashtuns and short ones. the ones recently ive seen have all been short and skinny...i suspect the last 30 yrs has taken its toll

I have observations of my own, people can differ with me. People of my area are famous for being very tall, chig khalak. I am 5'11'' and most of marwats are taller than 5'11". Females that i have observed have heights of 5'6" to 5'8". Those pashto speakers of non-pashtun descent like karigars, mullahs etc are of comparitively shorter stature.
Bannuchis, our neighbours, are notorious for being very short, teet khalak di. I have visited bannu city many times and have met many rural bannuchis. My estimate would be that their males would range from 5'4 to 5'6" , their females are even more shorter, it is said that they are very beautiful but of small height.
Khattaks have similar heights like those of northren KPK...My estimate is that most of them would be 5'7" to 5'9".
Wazirs & mehusds are famous for being fair, having fine physique, and being tall. A very short wazir is very unusual case.

i am assuming north west indians would be taller then the rest of the country. though i have noticed some tamil guys can be really tall

In pakistan its defiantly pashtuns, punjabies like (jatts) and baloch who are the tallest in my opinion
