wror which barakzais were those can't be the ones in helmand kandahar all over 6 ft stocky built my own brother's all over 6ft5 stocky built they all have broad chests i don't know any skinny short barakzai man.

I really doubt every single Barakzai man is stocky and built, thats just wishful thinking to assume there is no skinny Barakzai.

How can ones physical appearance be determind by their tribe?

in the past people used to be really taller .

my grandmother is taller than me , an i am 5´9 , and she is well over 80 years old , so is my grandfather who is taller than me .

but i think our genepool was really destroyed by the war , the good one dies

always first ,regardless on which side .and they die young not lefting any children .

@soldat I dont know from where they are getting their protiens, but the afghans that i observe here in pakistan are very well built, but on average they are not taller than 6 feets as members here are boasting. Forexample the afghans from khost in our area are comparitively shorter than marwats but are more wide and brawny than us. Either it has some thing to do with genetics or their diet.

Wror lol my brothers, nephews uncle sons my sisters husbands all tall the shortest brother i have out of my 5 brothers is 6ft5 you know the average door frame size in UK well only one of my brother has to just bend under that door frame the tallest one 6ft7 ,but i wouldn't say thats the average height of Helmand Kandahar the average would be shorter.

I would saythe average height for a fully grown pashtun man is 5'8 to 6 feet.

I am 6 foot and there are at least 10 close male relatives who are 6'4 and above. some of my teenage cousins are taller than me. I always slap them for being taller than me :D

what part of "majority, not all" wasn't clear? and I only referred to Barakzan, Kandahar has many other tribes.

So like people in the U.S. should have plenty of nutrition and protein, I don't see them having a 6.5 average height... and there's nothing wrong with short people ..it was just a generalization being made.

Thank you. People in the past ..in afghanistan ... NOT ALL... were generally taller according to my elders.
