At times, i feel our Pashtun culture or any other culture is simply ignorant. No offense to you wrora but i am just saying in general. Which is why, i think my mother should always appreciate my father, because though they are both doctors and work the same amount of hours every week, they both work together at home. So if you want a *happy* and long marriage, each have to work together auo ka sanga (as Azad khel would say).....
umm I guess I better get a norkara to help out with the kids..well I came home for a mean Biryani
which I will enjoy with my future wife

      • ^ lol no you wont need one. Like i said, if everyone helps each other out in a family, household duties is so much easier. Older brother and sisters take care of the small ones, the elderly ones, and help their mother and father's duties around the house somewhat easier. But if you put all duties on the mother, then really take into consideration how hard she makes the household run. Even though Pashtun men are the 'man' of the house and like to protray as one; in fully reality, the mothers make the house run. Like back in Laghman, women go out and make sure the land is taken care of, harvest the rice and wheat, and still work at home.....but you see what i mean.
