i do,nt think anyone will go for punjabi women may be only few.
In herat yes ,i did notice that.I gave an example to pashtun brothers of pashtunkhwa and afghanistan to educate both men and women but i never asked them to marry tajiky or punjaby or some khoshaky kasbagara (even if she is educated).

You call every pashtana shadala.In reality the most ,,shadal and nasholata are the kasabgars women such as dami,chumyarai parachis etc not pashtun.They can be identified by their look and body language.
