This land was not called Ariana 14XX years ago and thats why it's not mentioned in Islamic books.

Afghan is relatively a new name and it's a Sanskrit word for the people of these areas. Again it's not Persian!
Why cavemen? what could they do thousands of years before Islam? covert to Islam?lol
Didnt I say that Islam has 124000 prophets? can you name them? maybe some of them lived in these lands but like 90% of the other prophets they were not mentioned in Quran sharif!
Good question, I can't answer that as of right know. Does the Aryan theory come from the encyclopedia Iranica? Isn't "Aryan" suppose to be the Sankrit word for people of those areas?

Then if Pashtuns aren't descendants of Ghandari's then what happened to them? Ghandari's are then descedents of the Indus. Did the Aryans conquer and destroy the native people of modern day Pashtun lands?

No, it comes from researches, current languages, history excavations, books like Rigveda and Avesta which you dont accept and some of the current cultures.
And I hope you dont forget to answer that question.

I dont have much information on that but I can guess that some of Pashtuns are mixed with Gandharis and thats why they have Indian like features.
        and that percentage is low.

Aryans brought with them selves new methods of living and farming and thats what made them successful in India (including current Pakistan) and they have have interbreed. as I said before.
and remember that Aryans were not only one tribe.

I can't name all the Prophets send (I wish) but I really belief peoples like: Buddha Confucious, Socrates (and some if not all Greek philosophers before him) Zoroaster were all Prophets. If you study the Prophets mentioned in the Bible and Quran, you can compare the lives between them, and they all had similar roots. They come with a message, some people belief, most are against them, their people later corrupted their message etc. . .

Right know this discussion is in a stand still I can't fully believe your arguments (real good and respected) and you can't mines (inconsistent and untrustworthy)

Thank you then dont blame them for not being Muslim before there was even a religion called Islam.
The 124000 prophets that are mentioned in Quran sharif can cover all the prophets of all religions and still it wouldnt be 124000 so clearly there were things that no one knows now, the most important their ancient religions which predates Zoroastrian.

I hope you get this debate seriously and read links that I have posted.

Thanks and good night for now.

I wouldn't call them religions, since Islam is the original religion. It's been around since Adam. All the prophets where given the same message: believe in One God!.

It's possible that Zoroaster could have been a prophet from Afghanistan. Zoroastrianism also had the concept of "paradise". Even the word "paradise", the Greek "paradeisos" or the Classical Arabic word "firdaws" comes from the Avestan word "pairi.daēza" meaning "wall enclosure".

Pashtuns' ancestors were Zoroastrians, Buddhists and Shaivist/Hindus. According to inscriptions their self identification was "Aryan".

Old Pashto was probably spoken in Sakastan (Helmand, Kandahar and Zabul) and Pamir. Currently most languages related to Pashto are spoken in the Pamir region.

so you want to say that Allah had 124000 prophets and but he only accepted one as the original religion?
Did he send the other 123999 for a picnic? or to promote and give his message to his people?

                    اريه

I agree until the Aryan part

                    Lemar

All prophets had the same message. The message was the same, but the people and Prophet was different. I don't want this discussion turning to an Islamic one discussing Prophets, and such. Maybe all make another thread about this matter

You have only been bluffing, and your talking about our discussion.

                        • To defeat camelism pashtuns must work with their pre-islamic gandharan punjabi brothers

The only thing this thread has shown is that pashtuns are confused.

Then what do you think was their self-identification?

Lemars sources impugned themselves. They said Aryan is Sanskrit word for the people of the area. Then Lemar said Afghan is just the Sanskrit word for the area.

If you fast forward to today Aryan= Iran. Afghan= Pashtun. And were still going no where.
