You seem to know a lot about the U.K. although you're not even from here and have probably never visited here. How on Earth do you know about race relations here? Let me explain something to you about Mirpuris- you don't have a clue about them here in the U.K. No way are Afghans more backwards and nasal than them. Even other Punjabis absolutely despise Mirpuris. They live in Bradford in huge numbers. I've never had any dealings with them and don't know too much about them but I know they are extremely unpopular.

I'll make a couple of comments, for what it's worth.

1 - Where I am, I know (basically family friends, with the exception of 2-3 others) pretty much only Pakistani Pashtuns. The reason for this is because of familiarity, and also because... and I know I'm supporting someone else's argument by saying this... but there's a certain level of "competitiveness"/"stature" that for some reason I've only encountered in Lar Pashtuns. The Afghan Pashtuns I've met (of which are few) were all either used car dealers, call center workers (ok, maybe it's something "nice" like personal loans at BMO vs regular customer service), or something of the like (i.e. probably a role you can get with a diploma... if you even need to go that far). Having said that, I think it's just a chance that I haven't met many good Afghan Pashtuns here. I have 1 priend who's Afghan Pashtun (technically), but has spent his whole life in Canada, barely speaks Pashto, he's doing decently well. There's obviously people like Iblis and Barakzai and Admin who are doing fine. So probably just exposure. Online I've spoken to a few that are doing decent. But I assumed we're talking about real life stuff here.

2 - Pashtuns marrying Punjabis happens. It's happened within my close relatives circle. It's not that unusual. In fact, the ones related to me that did go down this road almost 100% went for Lahoris. Personally, I'm not into dark skin on women... it's just hard for me to "stand at attention" for something like that, so I don't think I'll go down that road. Dark is obviously relative... brown is fine, but I find many are dark brown.

You haven been to the U.K. , and you don't live here, and English isn't your first language either- it's pointless arguing with you.

English people may hate Eastern Europeans but that is for different reasons-purely economic. Eastern Europeans work a hell of a lot here and undercut a lot of tradesmen, usually sending a lot of money back home as well. Pakistanis are hated for being Pakistani. HUGE difference.

There are many many many illegal Pakistanis here in the U.K. There are many illegal and legal Afghans here as well. The refugee status of Afghans in Pakistan has also been a "legal" one for the past decades.
