3. A lot of Mohajirs have a great deal of sympathy with Bengalis as being on the receiving end of Punjabi discrimination they (Mohajirs) know how it feels for us.
4. In my opinion Mohajirs would not be keen on adopting Sindhi language and culture, or not if it involved a renunciation of their own, because:
a: Urdu is seen as almost an imperial language in the south Asian Muslim community, the Mughal language and the lingua franca of the sub-continents Muslims.
b: Urdu is seen as a "Muslim"/ "Islamic" language due to the many Islamic texts written in Urdu and other Islamic activities connected to it.
c: Mohajirs seem themselves as connected to a greater and more important pan-Islamic (neo-Mughal) identity as opposed to Sindhis.
They see Sindhi as an obscure, unimportant, parochial culture and language.
However moderate Mohajirs online say they would accept being citizens of a Sindhi state, which I think means a democratic state with equal rights for all probably majority rule by Sindhis but some degree of autonomy for Mohajirs and of course the preservation of their culture.
Sindhis in general are a peaceful people and not arrogant they would never seek to extinguish Mohajir culture, they merely think Karachi is their land and do not want to lose it. If Mohajirs stay there, even as the majority, and speak Urdu that is fine as long as it stays part of Sindh.
I don't think Pakistan has worked. It will never work and something else needs to be tried.
The many Islamic scholars of India who were pious and spiritual and forewarned of the failure of the Pakistan project seem to be being proven right.
