I don't think America is led by a tyrant but countries like saudi and some of the other ones you mention are and the reason the reason the people cant express their opinion and change their tyrants behavior or overthrow him is because the tyrants have disarmed their respective population's ability to protect themselves. Syria, Libya are perfect examples. People in the past could not express their opinions and criticize its tyrant because as soon as they did, they were silenced with guns that only the tyrant had. The people did not have the means to protect themselves but as soon as they were armed with protection, they did not hesitate to express their opinion.

A free society is one that gives power to its people and as long as its people have leverage over its government, the government will be forced to serve its people otherwise its people will either force it to change its behavior or replace it.

Your statements are filled with contradiction. First your map says that afghanistan has less than 5 weapons per 100 persons and then you say that afghans have access to an infinite supply of weapons. Besides that Afghanistan instability is caused by tyranny and so is Syria, Libya. If those governmnets actually worked for their people, no one would fight them but on the contrary, they would protect them to the death.
The argument is not about lady gaga, if the people want lady gaga, then that is their choice. If people want to see lady gaga, that does not mean those people live under a tyrant. Actually not giving them what they want which is lady gaga would be tyranny.

For the record there are more guns than people in both the US and Afghanistan and in the middle east, almost all the weapons are in the governments hands so you map is useless in this discussion. IF you have a source that tells how much weapons are with the people, then that data we could use in this discussion.

@Al Hanif - your chart shows the absolute numbers of firearms, but doesn't indicate the type. Bird hunting shotguns, single digit magazine capacity bolt action 'deer rifles'... you aren't overthrowing anyone with those.
