        lol

if you accidently touch someones foot from behind ,than you should shake hands with him ot you might get into a fight.

            Ohhhhh i know a lot!

            * Havent you noticed that amongst Afghans....when you are walking lets say in the street. You accidentially step on the person's foot in front of you, yeah you are supposed to shake hands. Afghans think that if you stepped on back of the persons foot in front of you, it means you are both going to fight. Now i have the habit of doing it

            * When a baby is born, especially a girl, they put Allah (SWT) jewelry hanging on her bed/crib. It means it will help to keep her safe from other eyes. There are hundreds of photos of me with that jewelry hanging from my crib. They would even place it on my forehead.

            * When you move into a new house, you span the entire house for a few days, causing the stench to stay strong in order to keep evils from outside away.

            * Havent you noticed your grandfather/father/uncle fold the right side tip of the prayer rug? I dont remember what the reason is exactly, but its something about shaitaan.

            * After you go out in safar (trip) you throw water as the musafir is leaving, hoping to keep them safe and good luck.

            * The wedding night, when the bride steps into her new home (in-laws home most of the time) they put chickens blood on her heel or feet for prosperity of a daughter-in-law having her first step in.

            * The first 7 days of a bride in her new home is not allowed to do housework, it means it will help keep the devil from causing her to be too weakened to fulfill her work.

I have a lot more if you want to hear them

An old lady told me that if I swept the house and at some point the broom touched a person, I would have to spit on the broom otherwise they would die.

as far as i know this really happend.

if you guys are familiar with kabul you might know the place called chilsitoon and there is also this little village called "kelay".
some far relatives from my mother side llived there, these people were extremely poor.
one day the elder of th efamily was walking alone in the noon while it was very hot weather.he was in this open field with one tree in the distance ,as he kept walking all up sudden he saw three individuals all dressed in white apear to him.He was shocked and than asked these "individuals" for dua and after that this family had good luck and became very rich.

so who were those in white robs?

I have heard of these as well. Also when the person is going on a journey they pass under the Qur'an before they leave the house, then throw water as they leave.
