You sound like a punjabi trying to speak Dari or Pashtu.
It's not rakam, it's raqam. It's not farak, it's farq. Farq is not even the proper translation to tawpeer in Dari.
      you are an IDIOT.
i didnt write those words i simply put the Pashto words next to them.

Lol, oh thanks. How is it punjabi-like to use a k instead of a q? dumra der farQ na lari zaka da kho english khat de, Pashto khat na de. Kho za sama da, ق pa zai q razi.

Does anyone around here know how to respectfully correct someone...?

You're right sheen could be used for blue as well but "neela" is an urdu term.

i correted you respectfully. dagarwal doesn't deserve respect or anything closely related to the subject.

No, for blue the correct word is only ''odi''
                sheen is only for green.

                  Odi means normal

Blue is obi which is derived from ob > water.

Ive heard people use sheen for blue and some would say osmani sheen hinting the color of the sky.

Sheen is used by majority for blue where i live but i think osmani sheen is the right word

Sheen = Green like Shna gayah
Blue = asmani, dark blue = odi

its true that majority of people use sheen for sky blue but it is "Ghalat ul Aam" i.e a word that is not correct but majority of people are used to it. There is another example for it in our area that:

په ناخطا كښې مې په سوك ووهلو

په دې فقره كښې ناخطا غلط العام دے۔ ټيك تركيب "خطا" دے نه چې "ناخطا" خو اكثر هم دغسې وئيلې شي
Na soz sho na saaz sho,
                            Bas hasy jwand tamam sho

Do people in this thread really know that like English Urdu is considered an artificial language?
We all know that urdu has adopted not only it's vocab but grammar also from Arabic, Farsi (not Dari) Pashto, Turkish and Sankrit. It hasn't completed a century of it's existence. But here i see people saying that this word and that word is derived from Urdu. Really, word fark is derived from Urdu? I thought it's an Arabic word. And ferozi is urdu??? but last i checked it was a Farsi word!!!
Badaraaa!!! Da khalku ta yawazi tey urshawei say no urwayshaya!!!
