Second be very careful when you talk about pashtun fighting skills. We have a long history of wars, against each other and against non-pashtun agressors. We might not have modern weapons but pashtuns are in fact fierce and fearless fighters.
We have a tradition of guerilla warfare, in fact our babies are born with weapons. Take a look at our culture Pashtunwali and you will find an old warrior culture. Slogans like Tura, Badal, Ghag, Nangyalai and Ghairatman etc aint nothing but ideals of a man living a tribal warrior life.
Third you have the nerve to come here and to declare that Pashtuns are not brave fighters etc, mane what are you talking about? Pashtun tribes have fought for their independence for centuries and they have maintained their sovereignity until today which is a) their semi-independent status in the Paki state and their freedoms in the Afghan state. The reason why their are living like thousands of years ago is in fact their resistance and fighting against colonial powers otherwise you would dress, talk and walk like an englishman today.
Fourth you are disrespecting our forefathers, your grandfathers and greatgrandfathers shed their red blood for their children to maintain their culture and to be independent. They gave their life for resistance and fighting against the British, the Russians, the Moghul and Persians. Otherwise Kandaharis would be shiites today and speak some gay persian dialect.
The fearless and brave Pashtun fighters are the reason why Afghanistan has never been a colony, its their resistance against colonialism, they have to sacrifice their lives for their culture and traditions, go to Afghanistan and see thousands of green shaheed flags on the roadside and tell me Afghans are not brave fighters!

Afghanistan b4 was a proxy of russia. Both US n pak had different intentions. One wanted to have a bigger state...other wanted to have a strategic depth to divide n weaken the russians.Pashtuns mostly r simple minded ...caught in their. Not to mention the KSA role to send funds for so called jehad.
