Cooking is really an enjoy-able activity...although sometimes it makes you bored as well...Probably, there are many bakeries in Toronto area...

I once visited Kitchner and found one Afghan bakery there just opposite the main bus terminal....they bake it fresh...and also have a small rest with kabubs etc.

But anyhow, Afirdi Dhodai is the tastiest...

There is also dhodai cooked/baked from rice flour.

YES it is made from rice but only swati rice and not the other punjabi rice.
and the ogako dodai is no more because that dodai is made from a plant and no one goes to the fields to pluck that saaba and bring it to home but i really miss da warro dodai ..... i wish i have it in London.
please if someone is coming to London so bring one sack of warro wrra to London for me please

Ha ha ha Emkhan, i said 'similar'

We make it as bread, not cake. We dont put as many eggs or flour so it does not end up as a cake. It is eaten with homemade goat cheese or cherry jam.

The woman tap on it with wet hands to flatten it a bit. Then make some tiny holes.
