            Headed there in an hour

I am no bird, and no nest ensnares me.

non commercial would cost less if he was in charge himself which he plans on doing. right now it's n herat but soon it will be in qanadahar.

not that bad actually. instead of one hour on elliptical i went for 25 minutes only. at the end i got dizzy so i just head off to home just in time for iftari.

i can't go to sleep if i am not physically exhausted. it's the only cure i have found to it. you have no clue what happens to a person emotionally after the fourth night they fail to get a single hour of sleep.

Went back today, was fun and much needed. However I left out two exercises due to time (had to rush back and cook ifthar).

Its not a big deal to go in Ramadan if you change your timing. I went late night and found more people there. Here gym remains open till late at night.

Have you guys not traveled in afghanistan at all? The thirst is not that bad. Just imagin you are in a relief camp. You have to help those in need. Do you really not have it in you to control your hunger. Okay, may be you dont have to be a freak like me. Lol.
