do something call Mooz/namaz in ramazan.
There is that issue about health and if you can't keep up with diet you lose muscle. However a lot of people (like me) go to the gym for health aspect as well as mental one. It helps release some needed tension after all the studies, etc.

i should know better than asking people's opinion when it's clear they are bound to enrage me one or the other way. if only annoyance came with a brochure..

I am no bird, and no nest ensnares me.

non commercial would cost less if he was in charge himself which he plans on doing. right now it's n herat but soon it will be in qanadahar.

people its only 30 days, just take a rest from Gym and then after after Eid, start going to the gym again.
Because you need to drink water while in the gym.

as it is we are not much hydrated and then we get all the more dehydartes in the gym.....

it good to keep a checkon what we eat....as we tend to eat too much fried stuff...

a walk should be fine....even if some insist... then i think the right time is between magrib and Isha..

Well if you go to gym or do exercise just before maghrib like 30 minutes before maghrib, by the time u finish work-out you can then drink water at the end of it..so u dont need to drink water who said that? Drink water at the end of exercise (i.e just as u finish it will be maghrib)

people you need food and water to work out in the gym.
If you work out in the gym without food and water you will get weaker, please use your brain.

i workout everyday year round. during ramadan i simply wake up early and workout before sahri. yes i know it sucks to get up that early but i couldn't fathom taking a month off from working out! plus, i go to tarabi every night so i cant really workout at night anyway.

I assume you go to those 24 hr ones, because the gym I go to is the University one. Anyways I go to workout for the mental factor as well. I have considered going an hour and half before ifthar. That gives me ample time to reach home, drink my shake, and prep a late meal (ease into studies).
