Mostly instructors keep their class workouts consistent because members are always changing and newbies always fall behind.

How long have you been doing this for...if you dun mind me asking.
I have been doing this for the past year or so... but i am not a regular gym goer bcause of my busy schedule i miss classes sometimes, and yes u are right about the routine thing...i try not to stick to one routine. I do sometimes use cardio machines and dumbells lol...

I just wish i had a less stressful life... i would be able to concentrate on my self alot more... but i am one person and 10000 things are on my shoulders... so i taking care of myself comes last.

I have had a few beatings in my life time... sometimes a good beating will teach you more about your self.

Cardio is the best exercise for fitness. If AFTER your work out you run 10 minutes on the threadmill at a hb of 150 then you will produce 10X more growth hormone than if you do cardio BEFORE work out. I run interval times between jog and runs. I know last thing in the world you want to do after a work is run but it really pushes you to the edge.

I feel like that EVERYDAY. Every time I go to the gym I wonder if I should tax my self anymore or if I should just focus more on work. But then I find that the gym is actually my stress reliever. I go to the gym and push my self for an hour in a way that I should do more than what I did the last time I was at the gym. I do a lot of inward reflection against the mirrors on the wall...besides the other distractions.
Bottom line - health is wealth.

I agree with you. It helps refresh my mind, i feel like i go inside with 0 energy and come with enough energy to take down the world by myself haha... sounds dramatic i know, but i do feel that way.

but since going to gym is a luxury for myself , it comes last because i put everyone else's needs before me. and thats the sad part.

went to school in the west for the first time and changing room habits of westerners was a disgusting shock . . . they get totally naked, put their towels on the floor, stand on their towels, rub their towels up their ass . . . no more school gym for me.

                  went to a turnverein/sports/gym in hamburg . . . . this time men and women shared changing rooms . . . uncooth westerners . . .

now my gym is the chin up bar in my home, the 15 floors of stair in my building for cardio and legs, dumbels and curling bar for the rest and swimming in the sea in dubai, rock climbing in hatta and oman . . .

we have a ladies section in our gym and of course separate changing rooms. some people are comfortable walking around in whatever but i honestly don't see the point of people complaining. if you are not happy, either change at home or don't stare at people.

I am no bird, and no nest ensnares me.

non commercial would cost less if he was in charge himself which he plans on doing. right now it's n herat but soon it will be in qanadahar.

I think this was the first time in my life I ran 5 miles (8km) and I did in 1 hour.
Would have caved in right before the 2 mile mark but I talked my self out of the pain.

thats why I dun change in the gym bro
I just change in the car

15 floors of stairs! That is awesome. I find that running down puts too much pressure on the shins but occasionaly I do the 12 flight of stairs when I don't feel like wainting for the elevators. A lot of atheletes, like football players and basketball players, do stair training...they go and find special stairs that are high or the one's in stadiums so they can go up and down and all around... you got everything you need for a full work out. Keep it up.
