  • You can't avoid them if you have one of those flat earth toilets.

Depending on the poundage of your "lift", and some on here do seem to come out with a lot of poundage, leg strength is a prerequisite.

        • ^ Red Bull or any excessive amount of caffeine (excessive being anything more than one cup of coffee for me) makes me shaky and makes my heart race.. people who see me are convinced I faced death or Lady Gaga.
Sometimes during finals I wish I had greater tolerance for caffeine.. but then maybe it promotes a healthier lifestyle? "There is no bad without some good in it" as my fortune cookies today read, plagiarizing from the Qur'an, of course

lol I know what you mean, but squats are one of the best workouts to do. As long as your form is correct do them.

              • it was a very long day for me mayana. i handled it with grace until i realized i was sitting in a train going to the opposite direction of the town where i live. but yeah, i have literally given up on that stuff. stay away from it. drinking coffee is a much much better option. it either has too much caffeine or sugar in it both of which ruins one's system.

No chi da Sahar Lmanza da paara ra ksheneh, khu asee pasee kshena. I don't have morning skills. Wach klak Zor dai, wrora. I force myself to wake up early in the morning. I go to the gym, then study a little, socialize with family and then go to class around 10. Compare that with falling outta bed at like 8:45am and having an exam in 15 minutes. Been there done that.

Around what times of the day do you all work out? I seem to not even have considered the option of working out during like the afternoon, maybe that's why I've been lagging behind so much lately -__-

Even Adobe Photoshop can't change me.

A line[Durrand line] of hatred that raised a wall between the two brothers -Hamid Karzai

For generations, the Hindus of India prayed for deliverance from "the venom of the cobra, the teeth of the tiger and the vengeance of the Afghan."

The men of Kábul and Khilj also went home; and whenever they were questioned about the Musulmáns of the Kohistán (the mountains), and how matters stood there, they said, "Don't call it Kohistán, but Afghánistán; for there is nothing there but Afgháns and disturbances." Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!

                              -Ferishta, 1560–1620
