That means the 90 minutes of regular time had finished and there were 3 or more minutes of injury time and the Afghans scored.

    This sucks man! Urrrgh.

Afghans celebrate their late equalizer in the 93rd minute against Bangladesh.

Afghanfootball well done guys *said with pain*
The pitch was soaked during the game which was a huge advantage for Bangladesh during the game, however Afghanistan completely dominated the game in the second half. The coach Slaven also did quite a bit of roatation by resting a few key players. Our next game is vs Syria and I am hoping that we can pull off a win (I don't think I can handle both my teams losing in 1 week). A win vs Syria would be a huge step in finishing second in the group.

Also about Bangladesh I think they have a good chance of finishing 3rd in their qualifiers group if they play in these conditions vs Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan. Good Luck!

Thanks for the information, I didn't know much about this.

Good luck to the Afghans against Syria, hope you win!

Ironically the Syrian team will play their "home" match against Afghanistan in what is actually Khorasan i.e. Mashad in Iran...lol.

So it's more of a home match for the Afghans right next door to them and able to speak the language (Farsi/Dari) and presumably with lots of support from the Afghans based there!

      Shukran ya Masr!!!

Thanks to Egypt for supporting Bangladesh against Pakistani harassment and support for terrorists and war criminals!!

Its actually Afghanistan's home game in Khorasan . Although it will be outside the country it will defninanty feel exactly like a home game last time Afghanistan faced Iran at u23 level 80,000 Afghans filled the Azadi stadium in Iran. Syria's home games will be in Oman.

Yes that region is generally much greener than the north-west of the sub-continent.

                          North-west of south Asia

This includes barren Rajasthan, Sindh, southern Punjab i.e. most of Pakistan.

North and north east of south Asia

The Gangetic valley i.e. UP is greener due to the Ganges river and then it gets even greener going on to the lush, fertile, agriculturally fecund Bengal delta.

Pakistan would generally be considered a dry barren country by most Bangladeshis, and Bangladesh in contrast would be considered very green by Pakistanis.

ya true, also due to bay of Bengal being very tropical and wet, The beautiful Andaman Islands/region is very close to Bangladesh
