Don't know how they got land, maybe khushal may now since his family also got land from there. .
Read again, I said rich people will settle there first. Gwader or makran coast already have poor people to take care before more poor people get there from other parts of country. So rich people from Karachi will be first one to invest/live there.

Since Karachi is near Gwader, good number of them can be from urdu speaker community.

I thought you may be saying this out of your limited knowledge but if you are saying this deliberately, Shakespeare said by whatever name you call a rose, it doesn't damage it's fragrance.

      3) Nadra itself issued them CNICs. I am not talking about fake ID cards. I am talking about the ones Nadra itself issued just like in case of Sharbat Gula. And Nadra has no system of deducting it.
      2) Before I didn't know that thats why I use afghanis now days.

3.) Those who got CNIC by bribing Nadra officials are in trouble, because Nadra have ways to detect and cancel them like they are doing now.

Nadra blocks 40,000 CNICs of suspected foreigners in Quetta

Background is important. People generally wont move unless they have no opportunity where they live out of desperation. For example, here in America, there is big oil boom in North Dakota and workers that work there are mostly from the poor states that offer little employment or no employment that are far away from North Dakota and not too many workers are working there that are from states that are close to it.

Gwadar is 700 km from karachi, thats a far distance,it can take hours to reach on makran coastal highway.

it's not no opportunity but better opportunity. If engineer in karachi make only 80 k & instead he get job for 200 k in Gwadar, will he not move? If real estate boom happens in Gwadar, property price reaching Dubai levels, then will real estate/construction ppl not move to Gwadar to capture the market? If population booms in Gwadar, will not more teachers, doctors, professors, health workers from other cities move, since 80% Baloch can't read?of course they will.

It's not out of desperation but for better wealth accumulation. Don't compare Gwadar to North Dakota, compare it to LA or Doha, people not moving to escape poverty, but to build their bank balance.

Already large number of Urdu speakers settled in Hub industrial city of Balochistan which is just next to Karachi across Hub river, some got killed by rebels but still living there

You're right, rich & educated ppl will settle first, and firstly Baloch sardars will buy best land before any other ppl; the labour will still mostly be local Baloch & maybe some Pashtuns will come to take the pie from Baloch

thank you, didn't know about Hub. So my theory make sense. And the fact that 600km distance is still less then lets say between Gwader and upper punjab/kpk.

Anyway with airport, railways and motorway this distance will not seem long in 2-3 years. So eventually rich and educated people from all over Pakistan will settle in Gwader.

Especially with increased pay check. Just like the case in Afghanistan. American agencies used to pay a lot more so thousands of educated Pakistanis moved to Afghanistan. And Gwader is in Pakistan.

You have to first learn the intro to economics than you can discuss.

Why would an employer offer 200k when there are many unemployed people that will work for less. They will only offer more if they cant get employees to come over from other parts of pakistan but it seems like people are lining up to go since there is very little opportunity in other places.
so the most desperate will go first and will work for very little and if they need more employees, they will increase incentive to people to move.

                      Your a moron, get out.
