Alright guys let's make this clear:

For the sake of whatever God you guys believe in, please do not derail a thread with nonsense. No one wants to read how Randolph likes to do Attan, or how Scimitarxedge likes to crip-walk or how Babo likes Indian dramas in a political thread. Stay on topic, and refrain from dragging personal information in a thread. Do not provoke each other to spill beans. This is our community and I request all of you to respect each other, and to tolerate each other.

If ScimitarxEdge does not like Randolphs post, Scimitarxedge should post a a rebuttal to his claim, he should not brag about how he can dance better. The same way Randolph should not brag about his longer hair. It's just redundant, and it generally creates distaste. I hope you guys get the point.

Sorry for using you as an example, I had to make a point. I don't mean to single anyone out, the above is simply an example. But, I do not want to read such absurd comments again, please. We are all grown ups and mature.

        P.S
Stop with this whole who is a Pashtun, and who isn't. Being a Pashtun is not about speaking Pashto, there is more to it. Ghani Khan said everybody has a Pashtun within them.

A line[Durrand line] of hatred that raised a wall between the two brothers -Hamid Karzai

For generations, the Hindus of India prayed for deliverance from "the venom of the cobra, the teeth of the tiger and the vengeance of the Afghan."

The men of Kábul and Khilj also went home; and whenever they were questioned about the Musulmáns of the Kohistán (the mountains), and how matters stood there, they said, "Don't call it Kohistán, but Afghánistán; for there is nothing there but Afgháns and disturbances." Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!

out of respect for the site, i will end it.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

I hope we can all learn from each other.

Randolph and Babo have both signed a peace-treaty. If they do feel like responding to one another, It will be strictly diplomatic. Nothing personal at all.

Thank you Shamalwar, I am exhausted. I just came home and I have this huge headache. Dua rata kawa.

                      • I had no intention of making this into a personal tug of war with babo, but felt her disparaging personal attacks were simply unjustified.

Fair enough. So we have all signed the peace-treaty and I hope it can be respected by all parties.

If you any member wants to refute the other member, it must be strictly diplomatic. Which I am sure will be the case, since most of you are sincere and professional.

                          Thanks.

i guess on that note, we must all have an inner chinese, jewish , irish in us as well

pakhtun= a combination of blood relation, islam, pakhtunwali.

its true living as a pakhtun consists of a complete lifestyle and if you do not adhere to it, you are not a complete pakhtun in the eyes of other pakhtuns even if both your parents are ethnic pakhtuns to the bone. i think people get a little confused with this fact, going on to think that if one followed pakhtunwali, even though they're chinese they're as pakhtun as any other. then of course it may be the case that some do not fit either description and still lays claim.
