While I didn't hear the video, i like the wording about the last beautiful moments of Ramazan.

unhidden truth: consider that the education -did you receive it in a Western country - is DESIGNED to MAKE YOU leave your faith behind. There's so much embedded in the university system to take away that precious faith.

Why not ask to regain belief? Angels will help you.

So you let your college "education" do the thinking for you, or you utilized whatever you were thought and made an informed decision?

I can argue that whatever your beliefs might be, you are still enslaved. For example, atheists with morals.

            unhiddentruth,

God was created by the most intelligent of all to control the gullible minds of thousands.
So is government. I'd bet you willingly submit to that authority. Before you try to explain the reason or rational behind it, don't. I already know. Just wanted to point it out.

            Morality doesn't necessarily come Religion.
No it doesn't. As an atheist it be silly subscribing to any though, because it will be like submitting to yet another system of control. Again created by men, intelligent or not.

You are free to choose what you want. And, if you feel that Islam is not for you then we should respect you for your honesty. We need more people to be honest to themselves.

What have those, for example, Hadhrat Muhammad (saw), who have preached the Oneness of God benefited by 'creating' God?

It's raw form has been correct by religion though.
Islam will prevail, a promise made by the Creator of this universe:

[61:8] They desire to extinguish the light of Allah with the breath of their mouths, but Allah will perfect His light, even if the disbelievers hate it.

[61:9] He it is Who has sent His Messenger with the guidance and the Religion of truth, that He may cause it to prevail over all religions, even if those who associate partners with God hate it.

What?! Where on earth did you get that from..? Oh wait, let me guess, your western education.

FYI, (as you Americans say), suicide is haraam. Don't base assumptions on other people's biased interpretations.

You are free to live and think as you wish bro, but search for your own answers; don't jump to conlusions just coz you think they are right, base them on facts. Don't look at the followers who may not do it justice, look at the religion.

                Peace.

I'm sure there will be wrora, there's also plenty that'd agree with me too. Muslims should concentrate directly on the Qur'an and Sunnah, firstly.

Suicide is when one kills himself intentionally, despite the manner acted out.

''And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell to abide therein, and the Wrath and the Curse of Allah are upon him, and a great punishment is prepared for him.'' [Soorah an-Nisaa, Aayah 93]

"Indeed, whoever (intentionally) kills himself, then certainly he will be punished in the Fire of Hell, wherein he shall dwell forever." [Bukhari (5778) and Muslim (109 and 110)]

That's the problem with Islam. This is what I mean, you will tell me his sect goes to hell, his sect will say you will go to hell.
It's not for me to decide who goes to heaven and hell, I have no say in the matter, therefore I am none to condemn others. It's all for Allah to decide, whatever people may say.

"Suicide bomber" is a derogatory term invented in the West to try and describe what in Islam is known as a Fedayeen or Shahid... a martyr. The point of the bomber isn't suicide. It is to kill infidels in battle. This is not just permitted by Muhammad, but encouraged with liberal promises of heavenly reward, including food and sex.

^There's a difference between martrydom and suicide, unfortunately the two are extremely confused.

Suicide bombing describes itself, whether suicide is the point or not (which it is) since it's the act being caried out, it's the intention nevertheless, and is therefore not permissible in Islam.

"O ye who believe!... [do not] kill yourselves, for truly Allah has been to you Most Merciful. If any do that in rancour and injustice, soon shall We cast him into the Fire..."(Qur'an 4:29-30)

                      It's an horrendous act.

I've already posted a hadith which proves the Prophet's (PBUH)'s condemnation.

"If a nation expects to be ignorant and free, in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be".

"Knowledge will forever govern ignorance; and a people who mean to be their own governors must arm themselves with the power which knowledge gives".

                          unhiddentruth,

First look at Islam. Akbar Khan has his own silly ideologies, Khorasani thinks his version is right. Haidar Bangash thinks his shia version is right.

All these versions tell us one thing clearly which is they are opposing one another. Do you think 4billion people will go to hell? Religion is good to practice because it keeps you away from bad deeds.
The disagreements are mostly on the subjects of jurisprudence and political issues. Not entirely on Islamic ethics. Disagreements also exist within many scientific fields but doesn't make science irrelevant. Rather we look at evidence to see who is wrong, and who is right. If such was the case then people should loose faith in anything or field that might have disagreements or counter arguments. That would be irrational.

I don't believe that 4 billion people will go to hell, I believe that those who deserve hell will get it.

But the whole idea of virgins is obviously something that is offered to get a job done. Our society is based on reward and punish. If wrayun kills me and himself, your master will tell you, you will get virgins.
I'm sure you are not trying to get a Ph.D because it's something that you can do and the option happens to be there. You are doing it for some sort of a reward, and I am sure that society will reward you for it once you get it. View religion in such light.

The whole virgin thing is overrated. Mohammad wasn't big on the virgins either. He married multiple widows vs. one virgin. The virgin thing is cultural, not religious.

I follow my govt and I adhere to its laws.
Though it's silly to believe and respect man made government. Governments are designed to control you, which you know for a fact are man made (evolved apes just like you dictating what you can and can not do). Why submit to it? Doesn't make sense. That is the anarchist position, a very logical one too (though they won't teach you that in school). So you see, we all have our double standards.

Do I believe in Islam? Not at all, I think its full of fairy tales.
                          To each his own.

Permitted by Mohammad, where? I'd like to see that.

You can point to verses from the Quran while explaining your point. Take another look at my post and what I said. You might condemn it, that is your personal choice. clearly these millions of people who agree with it interpreted the verse in the way as I have clearly summarized.
