Someone, please explain to me WHY I should trust what the enemies of a certain group of people have to say to me about that group. This makes NO sense. When you wanna understand a people, you don't turn to their opponents and say, "Hey, teach me the beliefs of Group X, the people you hate, have condemned to hell, are heretic in your opinion, and are wrong in every way. Tell me everything you can about them."

I'm referring to the video in the first post in this thread, which is titled "Qadiyanis exposed!" As the title indicates, the video is anti-"Qadiyanis" AND is created by someone/people who hate or disapprove of the beliefs of those called Qadiyanis.

Now, if I wanted to learn about the Qadiyanis, why on EARTH would I turn to their opponents or those who have declared them kaafir to tell me what the Qadiyanis believe? Should I not turn to the Qadiyani sources themselves to enlighten me about their beliefs or understanding of Islam? The reason being, what these opponents tell me is going to be most likely twisted and will be THEIR interpretation of the beliefs of the people in question.

For example, when a non-Muslim wants to study Islam, should she/he turn to anti-Islam sources to study it? If she/he does, how would Muslims feel about it? Would we not feel as if this person's being unjust to both Muslims and Islam -- and perhaps to her/himself as well? Similarly, when you wanna study other religions or sects of a religion, you DON'T refer to their opponents to gain an understanding about them; you turn to them themselves.
