Well for

1) It means that It's very valid to assert that Imperialism is the major cause for current situation
2) it means that Muslims are very justified in their animosity towards Western powers
3) Then Muslims do not owe Westerners anything since, it's all competing elements in nature.and they therefore are justified in doing what they can to alter things in their favor.
