Now that you have admitted that your book allows paedophillia... Why isn't it allowed now? Isn't your book for all times? Where is the verse of abogotation or saying of Muhammad? Did you issue that fatwa by yourself ? Lmao

I would give my whatever yr old daughter to a 50+ yr old Prophet of god.

The taking of female slaves had been going on since the dawn of man. It's only fairly recent since it's not as common. Do you know History? It doesn't look like it.

      You're just barking, calm down.

A variation of this tradition existed and has important divergence from the Bukhari hadith.

“Al-Isma’ili narrated a longer version of this story with another chain of narrators in which ‘Eesa Bin Hattan narrated from ‘Amr Bin Maimun that he said:
I was in Yemen tending the sheep of my people up upon an elevation. A male monkey came with a female and laid his head on her hand. Then a smaller monkey came and beckoned towards her, so she gently slipped her hand out from under the cheek of the first monkey and followed him. He mated with her while I looked on. Then she returned and gently tried to slip her hand back under the cheek of the first monkey, but he woke up suddenly, smelled her, and cried out.
Then the monkeys gathered round and he began screaming while pointing towards her with his hand. The monkeys went all about and came back with that monkey that I recognized. They dug a pit for the two of them and stoned them both. So I had witnessed stoning being carried out by other than Adam’s descendants. ” [Fath Al-Bari 7/160]

Amr Bin Maimu, Al-Awdi never met the Prophet of Islam, Dreamer. He was classified from the tabioon and not the sahabah (direct disciples).

Irrespective of this, I find the hadith rather impressive for Mr. Al Awdi's observational prowess in being able to observe primate behavior classified as mate gaurding:

"Once the emotion of jealousy has been triggered in an individual, it elicits any of a number of behaviors that can be classified under the category of mate guarding or mate retention. The most overt forms of mate guarding include physical intimidation and violence directed toward the perceived rival or toward the mate."

          http://www.ulm.edu/~palmer/JealousyandMate.htm

"alpha male chimpanzees exhibit extreme possessiveness toward particular females"
          (Tutin and Goodall)

In fact the whole concept of cuckholding arose from observing the behavior of female primates under the tutelage of a dominant male.

You also, to your deficit, provided a very surface analysis to this tradition that really is out of character for someone endowed with the ability and education to take the time and analyze all evidences with great detail and nonjudgemental detachment instead of such an ignorant tone.

The person in question, Al Awdi, died in 74 AH - that is, 74 years after the emigrants fled to Medinah. Muhammad's ministery began nearly a decade before. So he may have been aged 10 years OR less. Mr. Al Awdi must have been but a youth when he observed the primates doing what they did and joining in as a child might. And for a child, what precocious observation!

Like most human beings, he made a correlation and felt that the bio-social laws he saw in Islam reconcile our innate mate gaurding nature with an infusion of spiritual justice (e.g. the need for witnesses, excusal by multiple oaths etc).

I actually applaud Mr. Al Awdi for his power of memory and observation, making observations about primate behavior in an era and in a place where advancements were so very limited. Perhaps Mr. Al Awdi's 1400 year old observation of cuckolding and mate gaurding ought to be submitted to some heritage journal.

Once again you spoke too soon. I find no need to take the spiritual and reconcile it with the scientific as the two have their separate spheres and Jonathan Brown amongst others finds the repository of hadith as a crucial anthropological adjunct to the early interpretation and exegesis of Islamic thought.

His works on hadith literature are ground breaking and led him to Islam, irrespective of the Quranic text

But you should really reexamine your approach to argumentation and refutation otherwise, twill be you and not your opponent that resembles an a-ss.

            http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/gender/dete_nf06.html

Take for instance your forgetting the basic case taught in the very first year of medical school regarding androgen insensitivity syndrome, and, as a completely separate subject, the role of the SRY gene.

From a very nonbiased source, public broadcasting station and the Howard Hughes Medical Institute's Nova:

            http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/gender/dete_nf06.html

"A crucial event that determines whether the embryo will develop into a male or female occurs in the second half of week six.

If the Y chromosome is present in the embryo's cells, a gene within the short arm of the chromosome called SRY will turn on, initiating a chemical chain reaction that will turn on other genes and stimulate the production of male hormones. If the X chromosome is present, or if the SRY gene is missing from the Y chromosome, the embryo will develop into a female via mechanisms that are not fully understood.

Note: SRY stands for sex-determining region of the Y chromosome."

Let me repeat that, their words, not mine:

"A crucial event that determines whether the embryo will develop into a male or female occurs in the second half of week six."

So dreamer... a little math.... 6 x 6 = 36 right? Eh, we will take away a few days since its the second half of week six.... so 34 days.

So I think you owe Muhammad an apology since, apparently according to your newfound Soldatesque belief system, he placed sex determination at 40 days after the fetus was concieved, being off by 4-6 days, but you were off by a whole six weeks.

Remember, speaking from ignorance, even when you are educated, results in the overt demonstration of ignorance.

Perhaps an added layer of intellectual debasement occurs in such folks when they not only avoid a truly detached assessment of scripture but also decide to ignore contemporary opinions, even of opponent polemicists in the 7th century when making judgement calls about the marriages of a 7th century political figure. Yet another simple spiritual explanation for the sun being beneath the throne is the metaphysical and the physical; i.e. understanding it in a religious sense. Other ahadith discuss how all creation is in a constant state of worship - the Quran affirms that all creation obeys His will and bows to him. Tis constantly night in some part of the world, reconciling these traditions and therefore, the sun is constantly beneath the throne of the One God (i.e. Al-Lah).

So please, in the future, think deeply and ponder on things or else it reflects poorly on your character.

"Do you not realise that everything in the heavens and earth prostrates/submits to Allah: the sun, the moon, the stars, the mountains, the trees, and the animals? So do many human beings, though for many others punishment is well deserved. Anyone disgraced by Allah will have no one to honour him: Allah does whatever He wills. " (Qur'an 22:18)

Once again, the ayaah shows the various ways that the prostation is understood.

For that matter, Zul Qarnain is described, in the Quran as having reached a water way "in which the sun set" its a literary device to show he conquered vast swathes of land and reached an ocean.

A line[Durrand line] of hatred that raised a wall between the two brothers -Hamid Karzai

For generations, the Hindus of India prayed for deliverance from "the venom of the cobra, the teeth of the tiger and the vengeance of the Afghan."

The men of Kábul and Khilj also went home; and whenever they were questioned about the Musulmáns of the Kohistán (the mountains), and how matters stood there, they said, "Don't call it Kohistán, but Afghánistán; for there is nothing there but Afgháns and disturbances." Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!

Aisha, the madhabs, and the Prophet are against God's commandment of 65:4?

So your perfectly fine if your 14 yr old daughter is sexually active with a 14 yr old douche, but against the idea of giving your daughter to a messenger of God. That is horrible parenting.
