Your argument is circular; how do you know that Evolution is not a manifestation of Creation? doesn't Allah(swt) exist outside time? But if we're to take the Qur'an literally as you insist; then this wouldn't happen because for something to be literally clay means its composed of silicates (not silicon ) and we're not carbon, we're made of compounds with carbon.
