Christians have their own beliefs so it DOES mean they are not Muslim. Hindus have their own bleiefs so it DOES mean they are not Muslims. Jews have their own beliefs so it Does mean they are not Muslim and in the same way Ahmadi or Qadiani have their own beliefs so it DOES they are not Muslims.

you are right everyone should have their own belief and they should also be pinpointed if they calim to be muslims while their actions and beliefs go against it.

only believing in one god is not enough... believing in the last prophet and considering him as the last and final messenger is mandatory.
Hindus, christians, jews almost all believe in one god but believing in the last and final messenger makes the difference...

They should not be killed in england or in america but in an islamic country their destiney is death because they are traitors... and if you bother and go and search any country's laws... so there you will find clearly that the punishment for a traitor is death only but islam is so flexible that it still gives an option of getting them exiled.

about motazila the Scholars are Divided some say they are kafir and some say no they are not or , who said they are kafir because of the wrong things they Extract by wrong understand !! by saying quran is Creature and dont belive of some of allah Attributes . also about other things . and who said no they they said because of the hadith i did said about 73sects and they are not in kafir because propht said they are my My community and thats why they said they are not kafir they are just (i dont know what the hell is the word in english :@ ) lol

Did you know that hadith to which you are referring to, the last sermon given by the Holy prophet (pbuh) at Arafat, in its original format mentions two things that he is leaving behind 1) Quran 2) Itrati. It was later during the Abbasid's time that the hadith was changed to say Quran and "sunnah"...the word sunnah was not used until 200 years after the holy Prophet (peace be upon him) passed away.
3trati, the word meant by it was family, his linage...the children of the Holy Prophet peace be upon, whom the shia hold dearly to. I bet you don't even know what happened to the family of the prophet ...and how they were massacred by mawiyah and those who had sworn vengence against the Prophet's family.
If you actually go into the details and study the history...you won't be so sure of your self Fahd. Bottom line being...that what you call "sunnah" is not a concept posed by the prophet (pbuh) but later on.

Even the debate about the creation of the Quran is a lot more complex than you think.
Just think for a second...if no muslim were alive to recite the Quran, would the quran exist?

i know that but by killing them in mosques or while thier at prayer is wrong the same thing goes for shias, their have been numerouse times where they have been killed and attacked while in congretion(prayer rite?)

dont call their worship places as mosques... yes they should not be killed in their worship places but they should also follow the laws of the country.
if they are not allowed to preach and practice their religion then they should not do that otherwise others can also break the law.
