Al-maghrib masha allah is fantastic, i've been given audio cds on these lectures and they are great, they help one so much on their way of living. I advise you guys to go for its beneficial=D

al-Maghrib is a capitalistic institute under the Islamic name. There is nothing special about them, most of these types of institutes are the same.

Al-Maghrib teachers are major hypocrites when it comes to defending Islam from the kuffar. They promote this super washed liberal FBI-version and even tell others to betray Muslims and spy on them and hand them over to the kuffar. This was said by their "sheik" Yasir Qadi.

Walid Basyouni slandered and insulted the Mujahideen that fought against the Communists. May Allah [swt] humiliate this enemy of Islam, even the Soviets respected the Mujahideen.

I have met and spoke with them personally about these issues. I have recorded their cursed tongues shamelessly promoting these things. And this is just the scratch on the surface.

And stuff that they teach, which is suppose to be free in the first place, can be learned by reading a book at home.

They will even try to sue you for copyright issues that prevent Islamic knowledge from other people who cannot afford their class, cds and books.

So please people, don't waste your time and money on them, you can put it to better use.

Al Maghrib seems to be another attempt to arabise the innocent Muslims and may be many of Pashtuns by their so called seminars and events. I dont think there will be many arab muslims participating in all these activities,,,,,,majority will be of non Arabs,,,,,please correct me as I dont have any first hand experience of these events.

That’s why even if there rule in shariah even if theres something you’ve been asked to do in the Shariah (jihad) but doing it in this time or in this particluar or in this particular place will cause more harm your not allowed to do it.

116 min I believe we are suffering today the unwise decisions which is taken in the past by pushing the youth to go to lands where there’s conflict or war going on as it happen in Afghanistan in the 80s and now those people came back with very different ideologies. Because the way they lived their life, they way they lived these years made they very zealous as people who cannot live anymore in a civil society. So, so many of those people cause so many damage and harm to their country when they came back.

So he has a problem with "jihadists" - people who do jihad and not terrorism since he would have said terrorists.

Nazia, khorey, if it was free every Tom, ****, and Harry would be at the class and the serious students would not be able to study to their potential. As I mentioned before, there are means in which serious students who can not afford the class are able to attend the class.

Again, learn what slander means, and if I'm wrong, all you have to do is prove it to me. I gave the names of the lectures and even transcribed some of Basyounis nifaq.

The problem does not lay in you thinking I'm wrong, but it's more of you deliberately blinding yourself from the truth due to you seeing them as rock stars and some type of righteous people, even though they are quite the opposite.

Khair, I don't want to argue with you because you haven't said anything I haven't heard before, lol. You think I'm new to this?

People will always find fault with good people, we know that these sheikhs are not perfect and neither do we expect anyone to be. What we take from them is their good and leave what is questionable or bad. Is that not the noble thing to do? We can even benefit form their mistakes, can we not? I am not going to argue with you and say that they are angels, because I know as well as you do that they are only human.

Alhamdullilah, soon finishing my second year of being a student with them, I myself have benefitted alot from Sheikh Yasir Qadhi's classes like the fiqh of food and clothing, sciences of the Quran (and also, Sheikh Waleed Basyouni's classes) and especially Sheikh YQ's talk on "Kitaab ut Tawheed" and these are only a few things that I am mentioning. You can not just go around discouraging Muslims from gaining ilm. Why, you can even use the help of non-muslims when it comes to educating ourselves, so why are you spreading hate when it comes to Muslims? Certainly, this is something "ajeeb".
