Man I find fascinating how arrogantly you speak about stuff you did not even witness to begin with. This is an amazing trait all you Americans have in common "only mazar and panjshir faced real fight" "they were popular in the north" lol The brutality in Herat, Taloqan, Kunduz, Shamali, Kabul and Hazarajat is pretty well known. Some of the most hardcore battles took place in those cities/regions. Panjshir wasnt even conquered by the Taliban (Massoud blocked the road to stop their progress). Even now, if you one day decide to leave your country the USA and visit Afghanistan, you will come across people talking about mad Arabs and Chechens systematically butchering civilians in those regions.

And Insight is not right. He is a retarded Paki Pajeet parroting retarded Paki nationalist nonsense.

Randolph running away is really funny. Im sure his reading this right now.

He attributes me posting a WSJ article about Mullah Omar living in Afghanistan as equivalent to me supporting the Taliban.

Same goes with Ferdousi. Maybe they should argue with the author?

No that is false. You need to bring sources. The brutalities were most tit for tat with the Hazara and Uzbek butchering 3000 Taliban in mazar. That was the spark. We had this discussion before and you didn't bring in sources before either.

Kind of random but I am retiring from PF as of now. It was fun guys.
Lol you are retiring because your Ad-hom and BS has been called out.

No, that was your rendering/narration of the "spark" the spark was Taliban tresspassing on other people UN-I-N-V-I-T-E-D ...what gave them even the right of way to do that?

Also, as economist Kaushik Basu says: "For a nation to progress it is important for people to spend time on science, mathematics and literature instead of spending time showing that 5,000 years ago their ancestors did science, mathematics and literature."

Exactly, he was just another War-Lord among every other warlord ....posturing himself as the "People's Warlord" ...otherwise he wouldn't have been so adamant for control.

And now you say that doesn't matter? LoL

So what? ...A mafia crime boss being suspicous of other Mafia crime bosses within the same organization doesn't mean they don't work together.

Mullah "#HumbleBrag" Umar not living in Pakistan is inconsequential to whether he worked in conjunction to their interests in Afghanistan. .....it was OPENLY evident he did in the 90s.

And let's not forget that men who were UNDER Umar's authority WERE in Pakistan ...like Mullah Zaeef....he was probably afraid that despite his collusion with Pakistan that they'd use him as a Trophy piece to win favor with America just like they did with other Taliban leaders.

This was probably more an insurance policy than lack of cooperation with Pakistan. It's not hard to see ....there's no "contradiction" here

                Nice try though.

I try to be nice to Insight, but he's glaringly obvious Taliban apologist, I wish he'd just admit that for once. LOL

Who said Taliban and Pakistan (and Iran) have not worked together? Do you just BS on the go?

Insurgencies like the Afghan/Taliban insurgencies have mutual interests with their backers whomever they maybe. This is not news. What is your point?

                    Are you drunk again lol?

You trust Ferdousi's BS analysis over other people (who do research on the ground in Afghanistan like the journalist who wrote this article and the countless other sources that contradict all the Kabul puppet regime talking points Ferdousi farts from his mouth

We had this discussion before. They were invited into mazar in a peace deal and then they were butchered. Plus you don't even make sense. Dostom had done many atrocities in Kandar during the Soviet days. Those atrocities is an invitation to where ever Dostom was in the country.

                            Ghula,
Mullah Zaeef was an ambassador. His job was to be in Pakistan.

You were trying to suggest that somehow Mullah Umar is exonerated of accusations of being a stooge of Pakistan's ISI because he looked at them with suspicion, otherwise I'm not sure what point you're trying to make.

I used Zaeef as a comparison of why Umar was wary of being in Pakistan

so was Ubaidullah Akhund also an ambassador to Pakistan? was Muhammad Hassan Akhund? or Amir Khan Muttaqi? lol
