No matter how much Afghans hate Pakistan but only a fool would deny our ethnic, cultural, linguistic and historical ties with that country. Pakistanis are Sunni Hanafis like us. 40 million Pakistanis are ethnic Iranians like most of Afghans. We Tajiks share strong cultural ties with Pakistan: the name, the national anthem, the national language, the national poet,.. everything is Persian. Third Pakistan has legitimate grievances against Afghanistan. No matter how much you hate that country but Pakistan is going nowhere. Face it. If we want to live in peace and bring prosperity to our region its in our best interest to improve our relationship with that country.
