I have studied with Punjabi's and Mohajirs all my life and majority of them have respect for Pashtuns of Pakistan but they have no love lost for Afghans .

Country ranked 40th is dumb so what does that make Afghans? A country ranked in 160's ? Afghans around the world are known for their low IQ and being stupid. There is a reason that in most top Universities around the world you will see Pakistani students in Engineering, Science and Physics and then you will have Afghans in your normal run of the mill universities studying arts or history because there is no brain capacity to study any hardcore Scientific or Engineering Subjects.

Just for you an example me and two other afghans are studying 'Elektrotechnik und Informationstechnik' -Elektroengineering and Informationtechnology at the highest ranked university in Germany. There are many afghans from higher semesters and others who study physic/computer science at my university. I dont know any Afghan personally studying art/history which are no doubt venerable courses and I can assure you not one Pakistani i have met until yet on my campus but just Indians.
