The article I posted proves it otherwise, there are active and kicking, mind you even the Muhajir of Karachi wants to break from Pakistan.
You talk about Sindhis and Mohajirs as if they're a homogenous entity. That's what I'm getting at. I have Sindhi nationalist friends and they hurl abuses at Pakistan everyday, but unfortunately for you and them, they don't hold the views of the majority of their group.

Ahmad Shah didn't 'legally' occupy Herat and Badakhshan. See my point? Neither did Dost Mohammad Khan legally keep his control over these territories.

I'm all for it. Bring the referendum on. I think this would be a big slap to the Pak Military officers who think they can **** around with the resources of the Baloch and the goodwill of the Pathans.

Here we are seeing that the demand of the most popular political party who had won an election and was in government in the state was ignored. It was solely being conducted to give the Muslim League a political credibility in NWFP. It was boycotted by a major political force. It was any thing but fair.
Give me a reference for this. I'm genuinely interested now that you've brought this up!

You keep changing goal post...majority or not there are secessionist movement among all ethnic groups of Pakistan except the Punjabis who benefit the most from Pakistan--thanks to backstabbing of Bangles- -yet they got the last laugh with creation of Bangladeshi.

Ahmad Shah was born in Herat, but that is beside the point we are talking about aspiration of people...imagine you been living in your house for centuries...a bullies comes and divide your house...when he leaves he gives half of your house to a new neighbor and the neighbor is surprise why you don't like it?

Secessionist movements in very small numbers, yes. I have equally met Tajik nationalists. Do they represent the majority of Afghanistan? Highly doubt it.

You have to look at the aspirations of the people who live on the side of the house you still claim today. Do the majority there want to be a part of the modern Afghan state? If they do, I'll support them.

The British don't really control Pakistan my friend :D I'm sure they'd like to. Pakistan is just a state which hasn't evolved past the policies of the colonial raj. That's why its actions bear resemblance to what the British did in Afg.

P.S: I'll read your link tomorrow. It's quite late here.

who are you to talk about majority or not? Most of Pashtuns are being brainwashed using Islam as tool but unless we have a referendum no way to know. Can you name me some Tajik nationalist? Ismahil Pedram? I have never seen a single Tajik, Uzbak or Hazara leader calling for division of Afghanistan...as I have pointed out before even Ismahil Shia Pedram with his Irani wife is calling for Federal system not division. Indeed minorities in afghansitan had full time and resources to break Afghanistan in 90s or even 2001...as one of my political science teacher used to say...Afghanistan is a nation without a state and Pakistan is a military state without a nation.

Since 1942 Afghanistan and Pashtun nationalist been calling for a referendum...let the people decide.

Yes it did, at least all the way to 60s... when Pakistani Air Marshal was A.W.B. McDonald (June 20, 1955 - July 22, 1957)…as it was indicated by Ali Jennah speech to Qabali Pakistan continues to follow British Raj forward policy regarding Afghanistan…specially the creation, encouragement and unleashing of dark forces of Jahaleens who burn school and smash progress using Islam as a tool...unfortunately for Pakistan these forces has turn into a Frankenstein.

Fence is eventually planned but already due construction of check post every 2km throughout the border has decreased terrorist cross movements.

Balochistan side border with afghanistan has already secure with a big trench.

Hindu Sapera caste from my grandfather's side, my grandmother is Saayi which was originally a Sikh caste in Gujrat which converted to Islam in the 20th Century.

What's your caste? Fake Sayyid? Khilji? Ghori? No wait, I bet you're gonna say your parents are originally Persians even though they can't speak a word of Farsi. lol
