NOTE 1: Yes Pakistan has Supported terrorist for strategic purpose as does USA in the past or NDS of Afghanistan today or India in Balochistan.

Why Pakistan supported terrorists in Afghanistan?which back than were called mujahideen?Well it supported because it was in the american pocket ever since the entry of Pakistan into SEATO,Which made Russia a natural ally of India while America of Pakistan until 1993-4-5.

What Pakistan got from Supporting terrorist in Afghanistan?Blind eye of the west toward its nuclear program?really?taliban are the phenomena of late 80's while Pakistan had a working bomb as earlier as 1981 and a tested one in 1983.than why?to be precise,to kill the pashtunistan movement.

Why Pakistan feared the pashtunistan movement?was Pakistan always anti Afghanistna from the beginning?Pakistan feared pashtunistan movement after tha bajaur invasion in the 60's and sorry no,Pakistan had the mindset of fake muslim ummah concept, lead to its destruction and had wanted to have good good good good with fake muslim ummah concept and muslim countries

Why ISI made Afghanistan unstable?Because Afghanistan threatened the existance of Pakistan with pashtunistan movement, half of the territory was at stake.on a pure nationalist view, they did it to protect the country.

NOTE 1.0: I hope the mods will keep this thread off from thr trolls for a true discussion on how to minimize the lost trust between the two countries and defeat talibs together
Well at least you are speaking truth now, regarding pakistan's evil role in all this, now the same policies are coming back to bite them behind

I think Pakistani Pashtuns can lead pakistan out of all this mess in my opinion if given a chance, punjabis and even many karachites are too stubborn of a people. They will just keep blaming India for everything. Pakistani Pashtuns on the other hand can see the truth at least, because they are not directly effected by the (hatred) of India, which only seems to effect Indic pakistanis

We can keep on talking about what is the 'cause' of the cancer we both are suffering from or we can move ahead sit down on a table like humans and tell each other look bro, we both did wrong to each other let's stop it. Let's move ahead and work for the betterment of the situation hand in hand. It will take time to trust each other. But this is the only solution.

Even if Pashtuns from Afghanistan wanted reconciliation with Pakistan and invited them for peace, Pakistan would say yes but lie behind your back and go back to their old ways. Its like an unfaithful girlfriend that always cheats behind your back but asks for forgiveness and a second chance yet will always go back to her old ways.

I don't think Pakistan can be trusted for friendly relations at this time or any time for that matter since half the problems have arisen from their side.

I think situation will change eventually, specially considering the amount of violence happening in Pakistan, they will have to make policy changes, it's a matter of their survival. The only blockade in the way right now maybe these old ISI Generals who are living in the past, still harboring on that India hate, they definatly need to go first. Pakistan/India/Afghanistan, all need to work out their differences for a better future

Pakistan asks a lot but give little in return. They demand the extradition of Mullah Fazlullah, but won't give us Haqqani. They want the ANA to fight against TTP, but won't even raise a word against the Afghan Taliban. Saying "there are no good Taliban" is not enough and is merely intended to pull the wool over our eyes. Let Nawaz Sharif openly condemn Mullah Omar and call for his arrest.

Pakistan-Afghan Taliban relations have been excellent since the 90s. Why suddenly change this, especially when America is on its way out of Afghanistan? 130 dead kids are replaceable, and only a small price to pay for the overall goal of strategic depth and installing a friendly government in Kabul. Besides, the attack took place in a Pashtun area not Punjab. They will forget about this in a few months.

Altough it was in Pashtun area, not all kids were Pashtun, I think a lot had other ethnic background, but you are right, Pakistan will never change it will remain the same.
