You might not know but Taliban were defeated in their first attempt against Ahmad shah Masood in 1995, After that thousands of pashtun madrassa students of Pakistan poured into Afghanistan on encouragement from military establishment and masood was defeated. He had to retreat to his panjsher valley. Those Pakistani pashtun madrassa students . later became TTP.
There are two important factors due to which your tajiks would suffer a great deal in civil war.
1- Pashtuns from pakistan, specially from tribal areas, would pour into Afghanistan in very large numbers if they were asked to assist them in establishing Pashtun rule over entire Afghanistan. No tajiks from Tajikistan would come to your aid.
2- Pakistan, for her own interests, would prevent division of Afghanistan. A neighboring Pashtunistan would be dangerous for Pakistan so most likely help would be provided to Afghan Taliban.

As Ive said before my self-deceptive friend, the only real losers in this game are going to be you non-Taliban camp Pashtuns. You see, the unfortunate (for you) truth is that there will be only two significant players in our game once the Americans leave, that is the non-Pashtuns and the rural Pashtuns, and there are only two possible outcomes of the game:

1. Afghanistan balkanizes along non-Pashtun vs Pashtun ethnic lines, the Taliban control the emerging Pashtunistan, you lose, we win and the rural Pashtuns also win (not as much as they might want but they still get a piece of pie).
2. The Taliban win it all, we both lose. However, there is absolutely no way Taliban rule over the non-Pashtun populace can be a stable political arrangement in the long-run hence this outcome will eventually converge to outcome 1 instead.
