Abdullah is strongly against Pakistan and his pro India. This means only that he will continue what Karzai was doing in terms of Indo-Pak relations but unlike Karzai he won't try to appease the Pashtuns. There will be no more cushy jobs for under-qualified Pashtuns in high Gov posts.

In the Pakistani circle it is believed that only a non pashtun will solve the Durrandline issue.

There is one solution to the durand line. The Pashtuns should decide which country they want to belong to. Refer to my thread Pashtun Refrendum in the other section.

we already have decided. We are Afghans and we will stay in Afghanistan, Paki PAshtuns decided to stay with their master the Paunjabis, so I guess making the border official wouldn't be such a bad idea, becuase both groups don't want to merge with each other.....

Basis of association must be Islam, but not nationalism. Pakistan is it Punjab only? No. Many people are in Zone of tribes, on North-west of Pakistan and in Balochistan love Pakistan, want to live in integral Pakistan, but does not love a government in Islamabad. Integration of Pakistan with Afghanistan is possible. But only on condition of establishment of islamic governments in Kabul and Islamabad. A sheriat and Taliban will be able to unite the Afghanistan people and Pakistani people.

Afghanistan is this multinational state. Pakistan too. Loy Pashtunistan, as the national state only for Pashtun is utopia. If Pashtun will want to create such state that national minorities in Afghanistan can want the same. What will suggest to do to Tadjiks, Uzbeks, Turkmen and other national minorities? To build Loy Tadjikistan, Loy Uzbekistan and Loy Turkmenistan? Islamic emirate Afghanistan was an islamic house for all moslem people of resident on Afghanistan earth. And it is correct.
