The difference between the 90s and today is that Pakistan does not want to annex all Afghanistan since it is no more possible but to annex every region where Pashtuns live under their famous ''Pakhtun''-rhetoric. Pakistan will not allow the northern alliance govern Kabul, I think we must therefore scrap the votes and install a pro-Pakistan Pashtun as president. There are plenty of such candidates to choose from.

Not that I think either are saints, but Obama levels criticisms at Putin that the Crimea vote cannot be considered at all as legitimate since it was done under occupation.... yet for some odd reason they view the Iraq and Afghan votes as legitimate?

democracy can be as much a joke as dictatorship. the western standard of democracy seems to come with strings attached, example being the current hamas and fatah reconciliation initiative. one which has gotten nothing but a negative reaction from the west and isreal, naturally. so reviled is this potential of a unity government by israel that they launched deadly strikes in gaza which killed a few people in hopes of provoking islamic jihad to act against hamas in order for a future pretext of aggression.


i do not agree with the russian agression against ukraine, as allowing a fringe group left over by a colonial power to be able to decide the fate of a land where they occupied is injustice. if these kafir americans were to stay in kandahar airport for 100 years, they should have no say in kandahar nor should the land around it be potentially annexed to america.
