Barakzai, could explain what do you mean by the "others"?

I meant others in the realm of governance and even people from his same group. I assume folks who are benefiting from the status quo, if it were to be seriously threatened would have no issue with telling Abdullah Abdullah to cede for the sake of what they see is stability if they believe it will pacify the Pashtuns.

For instance, of Zia Mossoud's family sees instability and problems, what would stop them from just having a sit down with Abdullah and telling him to let further aid, stability, etc keep coming in? Sure Abdullah will sign the BSA as will Ghani, but refer to the quote I mentioned above regarding leadership posts and other ethnic groups dominating the terrain. If these folks see that as the real keys and levers of power, what is the big deal with just slapping a Pashtun gild on the established order and biding one's time?

Is this not what the wahdat folks are saying to justify their support for Abdullah? One said, we will support him with the hope that our turn will be next. Its a strategy of trying to wait out one's opponent instead of destabilization and direct confrontation.

For this very set of reasons, I am guessing that Ghani is the optimal outcome for the occupier parties and those that benefit from them, showing me that he will likely be the winner.

Who knows? I have been wrong before and will probably be wrong about this too. As I said before, I am a novice with assessing this current situation relative to the Karzai era.

Why should this happen? Do you think we want to lose everything what we have built and reached in the last 13years? Why should we join Taliban, the enemies of all Pashtuns, if we haven´t tasted from the new cake yet? In southern Afghanistan majority of us are not interested in Taliban. We believe in having a country for all. The only people I met till now who said they will join Taliban are those who support Dr. Ashraf Ghani. This clearly show these people support Dr. Ashraf Ghani not because he is an intellectual man but because of ethnic reasons. And they always unintendly mention the language factor. You people always deny two facts. Dr. Ashraf Ghani is considered by Hazaras and Farsiwans and actually even by ordinary Uzbeks as fascist, by southern Pashtuns as a rival to the southern dominated government and historical ruling class who will never accept a Ghalzai to replace a Durani. The other reason is that Dr. Ghani has only support among eastern Pashtuns by majority of Uzbeks (60%). Dostum could not provide him with 3 mio votes as he promised. He brought him only 860 000 votes. Joining Taliban and fighting a democratic and legitimated government is suicide in the presence of the world. We would underline the non-Pashtun accusation that Pashtuns are Taliban and Taliban are Pashtuns and thus terrorists and Pakistan´s slave who don´t want peace. This would be in favour of non-Pashtuns and Uzbek and Hazara wishes of partition. And how one can resume that Dr. Ghani can win this election without Farsiwans? Even 70%-80% of Hazaras voted against him.

I don´t think that this time this would work. Last time Dr. Abdullah made the decision by himself under the pressure of John Kerry and UN who said if he doesn´t withdraw his government won´t get supported by UN and NATO. In return he and Mr. Atta (Jamiat) were offered 120 Mio USD. But this time Mr. Atta said he will not accept a withdraw. Just imagine if the election´s outcome is rigged. Atta already promised that in such a case there will be a war for ''people´s right'' and ''votes''. He said the first movement was against the soviets, the second movement was against Taliban and Pakistan and the third movement ''moqamat 2.0'' will be for ''democracy''. Germans and US already supporting symbolic Dr. Abdullah. The west (believe it or not) considers Dr. Ghani as an ill man, mentally and physically, only some circles in UK and Washington still support him.

And the only force that can end this mess will be Taliban, Pashtuns don't have any other choice.

And to be honest Ghani also speaks Dari and PAshtu the same amount under his rule PAshtu will not get a special treatment or Dari is going to be eradicated, he will not do that, what he will do is end the NA corrupt mafia govermnet so that people finaly can live a normal live and not in a corrupt mafia world what is now Afghanistan.
What is according to you ''Tajik fascism'', bro? Let´s assume that Dr. AX2 wins why you need to make out of this an ethnic issue? Isn´t everyone living in Afghanistan an Afghan not lesser or more worth than other Afghans? Why do you creating such a narrow idea of ''Pansheri''? Let´s say he does do this but still those Pansheris are Afghans. Don´t you think?

NA stands for narrow-minded people and ethnocentric people for Northern Alliance, a word that was created by Pakistani ISI officers to devide Afghans mentally into Northern and southern people and fooling Pashtuns that ''Northern Alliance'' are fighting against Pashtuns.

I tend think exactly as you do.

Let me ask you another question. It seems that some Pakistanis would much prefer if Abdullah wins, what sense of purpose and opportunities him winning does provide to them?
That´s the case, bro! Because Pakistan still want to annex at least the Pashtun regions. If Dr. Abdullah comes to power Pakistan again uses Pashtun against the new government to mess up Afghanistan. Pakistanis still using the old Pansheri rhetoric to move Pashtuns on ressistence lines just to create chaos in Afghanistan. However, primery, it´s people´s choice who will be successor of our Mayesty Mr. Hamid Karzai.

In the debates on TV or other outlets of media, does he also speak Pashto? Has he ever talked of the promotion of Pashto in official circles?
Dr. Abdullah is an ethnic ''Tajik'' with Kandahari and Laghmani relatives. His father belonged to Dikan population of Kandahar (we use it for Farsiwans there in south). The father of his father was already working during Abdurrahman Khan and Habibullah Khan for court. He had married two women. One Kandahari Tokhi and one from Shamali. Dr. Abdullah hails from Tokhi line. So he is 3/4 Farsiwan and 1/4 Pashtun. If you watch all interviews of Dr. Abdullah you can clearly listen that he is using rarely the word Afghan. In one of his interviews he once said that his mother-tongue is ''Farsi'' and he is proud of it. Dr. Abdullah is somehow very sneaky but not a bad guy as most people (mostly non-''NA'' people like Khostai) claim. In fact he is a very honest guy. However, Afghanistan was established by a Pashtun and a Pashtun must rule :P hahahahaha

Majority of Taliban are also Afghans, why don't we let everything to them by your logic????

Or why even vote and claim that Abdullah is democratic when he is clearly against equality, and ignores other ethnic groups????

Tajik fascism is that they don't allow PAshtuns in the north and even Kabul to build there own school that teach in Pashtu, Tajik fascism is that all the goverment officials refuse to speak Pashtu when it is a national language, Tajiks Fascism is discriminating and excluding Pashtuns from the goverment, And Tajiks FAscism is killing Pashtuns in the North and taking there lands.

I know being the ***** of NA you are fine with that, but the rest of us have enough of this bull**** that your pedos of PAnsjer brought to Afghanistan, its time to change.

And if by Any chance this happened. Not only the Afghanistan pashtun but even the Pakistani pashtuns will be kicked out of Pakistan

Lies and utter bull****. And a big LOL on fighting for democracy, its clear that your warlords and war criminals don't even know the meaning of democracy. Ghani has a big name in the west and is seen as highly intelegent and competent man, Abdullah is the one who every intelectual know is just a thief and a *******. And sick in his head just like you for spreading your propoganda, I still don't know why Admin Khan don't bann you.

And the only reason some western leaders like him, is becuase they know that he will do anything for money and will be a good and easy puppet of the west, so that they can do what ever they want. By just giving your ***** some cash.

You underestimate Mr. Amrullah Saleh totally! He already finished the Taliban in the minds of many people. He still has a very good and close connection to our secret service and officers even in Pakistan. We know some of our people in the ARG are working for him otherwise he wouldn´t be able to know many things. Mr. Amrullah Saleh has today the bulk of the youth in Afghanistan, specially in northern Afghanistan. Even minorities like Turkmen are loyal to him. We know from good sources that he has close contacts to some very bad ass northern militias he could re-activate within 2 hours and also call the youth to create problems for us. Why you think Mr. Amrullah Saleh is still alive after 13years and several tries to kill him? Because he have a large power base behind himself. When he was chief of NDS he made sure he leaves enough loyalists. Amrullah Saleh has also a relationship with Shahid Laghmani whose sister he married. Saleh´s daughter is engaged with a Laghmani from Dr. Abdullah´s family (living currently in Sydney in Australia). All these family connections are powerful networks and close to ''NA'' network

It possibly plays as well but not that much because only 8,09 mio people voted out of 22 mio.

Wroora calm down. In the past 5000 years, 700 times has these foreign parasites invaded Pashtun lands and tried to change us by force. Recently 50 + western countries with the help of arabo-panj baboons, mix raced new race called Pakistanians whom we have many lost sub traitor mix raced Pashtuns in and last some mix raced Iranians etc tried to destroy pure Pashtuns, but here are we still breathing. Like a weak lion, but still breathing. We will manage this out too and Allah is our only witness, the only thing Allah wants is for us not to give up and fight until better days. Forget the rumours by these sub humans in PF, just visit Jalalabad, Khost, Paktia, Kandahar, Helmand, there is new power raising there in secret. And nobody can touch them.

But I know your frustration we are few in numbers and have many enemies that want what is Pashtuns. But in the end the good people will win. We are not the attackers, not the invaders, but we will finish off our enemies this time for good and hopefully their whole family line.
To Paradise, with Pakhto, I will go.

Brother, this is what you think. Pashtuns in Pakistan werer eaten Pakistaniat by Islamabad. They don´t care about us. They even joined hands and destroyed our country. The difference between the 90s and today is that Pakistan does not want to annex all Afghanistan since it is no more possible but to annex every region where Pashtuns live under their famous ''Pakhtun''-rhetoric. You remember when Musharaf said Tajiks make 15% and Pansheris only 5% but rule all Afghanistan? :D This is Pakistaniat and many Pashtuns in Pakistan believe what their masters in Islamabad propagate to them against Afghanistan. Islamabad knows the only danger are we Pashtuns of Afghanistan.
