By persian empire you mean... what? which one? Afghanistan, Iran, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, most of Pakistan, Turkemenistan, Azerbaiyan,..etc used to be part of the great Iran, a CULTURAL identity (not a country). This vast land has been ruled by many tribes and ethnic groups. Afghanistan as a modern nation-state was created in 1893.

Greater Iran (in Persian: ایرانِ بُزُرگ‎ Irān-e Bozorg, or ایران زَمین Irānzamīn "Iranian soil" or ایران شهر Irānshahr "The Land of Iran") refers to the regions of South, West, and Central Asia that have significant Iranian cultural influence and have historically been ruled by Iranian peoples.[2][3][4] It roughly corresponds to the territory on the Iranian plateau and its bordering plains,[1] stretching from Iraq, the Caucasus, and Turkey in the west, to the Indus River of Pakistan in the east. It is also referred to as Greater Persia,[5][6][7] while the Encyclopædia Iranica uses the term Iranian Cultural Continent.[8]
The term 'Iran' is not limited to the modern state, more or less equivalent to western Iran. Iran includes all the political boundaries ruled by the Iranian including Mesopotamia and usually Armenia and Transcaucasia.[9][10] The concept of Greater Iran has its source in the history of the first Persian Empire or the Achaemenid Empire in Persis (Fars), and is in fact synonymous with the history of Iran in many respects. After the time of the first Persian Empire, Persia lost many of the territories gained under the Safavid dynasty, including Iraq to the Ottomans (via Treaty of Amasya in 1555 and Treaty of Zuhab in 1639), Afghanistan to the British (via Treaty of Paris in 1857[11] and MacMahon Arbitration in 1905[12]), and its Caucasus territories to Russia in the 18th and 19th centuries.[13] The Treaty of Gulistan in 1813 resulted in Persia ceding Armenia, Azerbaijan, and eastern Georgia to Russia.[14] The Turkmanchey Treaty of 1828, after the Russo-Persian wars permanently severed the Caucasian provinces from Iran and settled the modern boundary along the Aras River.[15]
Due to this geographic diversity, newly independent nations under Russian or British involvement, while maintaining a cultural or language connection with Persia, developed their own unique socio-political and cultural paths. Some of these nations included Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Georgia, Iraq, and Pakistan. In 1935 under the rule of Reza Shah, the endonym Iran was made the official international name.[16]

Wikipedia was deemed for reliable in terms of scientifically writing. Not historical, maybe once you go to an university you will understand.

Self-centered?lol, if we were self-centered we would have only created a state for Koshur people, we're hospitable and we don't mind living with other ethnicities, you on the other hand like other pashtun nationalists want to create an ethnostate just for your ethnicity, if we were self-centered we would have created nationalist parties, but kashmiri politicians in Pakistan are part of mainstream parties, on the other hand pashtuns have dozens of nationalist parties(ANP,PMAP,QWP just to name a few) and God knows how many nationalists there are in Afghanistan and what they plan to do with farsiwans and Uzbeks.

Initially Pashtun tribes(from KPK not afghanistan) did help kashmiri freedom fighters, but they served as foot soldiers for the Pakistan army, and then the pak army took full control.

Kashmiris have always welcomed Pashtuns, and that's why many Pashtuns live in AJK and IoK, however that hospitality isn't reciprocated, because you're self-centered.

You don't have nationalistic parties because you are unable to have one. You people are dependent and weak. Your history is weak. You need help to be saved, of course you don't have the nerve to have a nationalistic parties.
Look at yourself, since you joined this forum, you have been kashmir this and kashmir that. You guys are so pathetic that you need a Pashtun forum to show your miseries. Doesn't your ''elite class'' kashmiris have a forum for themselves? You are so in need, that you came to Pashtun forum to beg. Beg some more and Pashtuns may feel sorry for you again. Actually I came to this forum to defend Pakistan against the myths and lies that many nationalists believe here, I only brought up my kashmiri heritage when some people here called me "daalkhor", I usually try not to bring up Kashmir first, just look at this very thread, Khilji attacked me and i responded and that's how the debate started.

We don't need afghan help, because you people are Indian puppets anyways, Bacha khan was called frontier Gandhi for a reason, my only purpose on this forum was to respond to the misperceptions many afghans on this forum have about Pakistan, i never started a thread specially for kashmir, i only bring up kashmir when somebody calls me a "punjabi" or "muhajir".

Anyways, you're just full of yourself, you think yourr country is sh*t but it's nothing and we would never need to beg for your assitance, in fact just look at you people seeking refuge all over pakistan.

                            nuff said, i'm out.

Your land is conquered by Indians. We in the other hand is just friendly with them. So go and do what you best at and beg. You come to this forum to beg and you leave this forum to beg in another. That is the life of kashmiris. Pashtuns helped liberate your land because you were pathetic to do it by yourself. And here you go around in a Pashtun forum and dare to insult Pashtuns... so pathetic.
