Exactly. Pashtuns used to be just a tool for Islamabad. Why one should use Kashmiris and Panjabis to fight Indian army if they can have millions cheap and poor (uneducated) combatants to weaken the enemy as far as possible?

The Pakistan army isn't just made up of Pashtuns, there are Punjabis,Sindhis,Kashmiris,Hindkowans,Muhajirs,Haz aras etc
