Jealous of what?? exactly?.. Allah be the witness that i want Afgans on both side of the borders prosporous, educated, industrialized and "pashtun". Also you are biased.. you want to create hate against punjabies.. however, Tajik, and Uzbeks can/should not be hated.. Like i said earlier "Everyone should be hated equally". You see what you want to see and whoever gives you another angle/perspective, you cannt digest it.
Let me give you an example.. What if Israel takes over Egypt? Israel (Ultra nationalists) claim that to be their land aswell, however, making egypt (80 million People) part of Israel (8 million People) would only make israelies minority in the long run.
Similarly, Pashtuns are losing language and influence. By losing a few provinces (only in northern afghanistan) you give yourself a numerical advantge (80% pashtun), and pashtu as an only official language. Hazras, Aimaks, etc dont have any main country or numbers within afghanistan, therefore, they stay with afghanistan.

As if ISI has not operated against tajiks/northern alliance. The whole taliban movement was backed by ISI against northern alliance. In Afghan jihad pashtun groups favoured and today haqqani network is being supported by ISI against tajik-dominant kabul governament. You question would be why ISI support islamist pashtuns in Afghanistan, why not tajiks?. One is stretagic depth policy, another is to empower pashtuns so that they are satisfied and content in afghanistan. If they are left out of power and sidelined, then they would naturally look towards pakistani pashtuns and need for greater pakhtunistan would resonate and intensify , which would be not good for pakistan.
